Great experience with this company! They were professional, polite, and on time! My AC compressor had stopped working late at night after a two power outages. The next morning I called and they got me on the schedule for that day. My issue was diagnosed very quickly and repair was made on the spot. He also checked the other unit while there to ensure both had plenty of freon. It was so nice having a comfortable bedroom/upstairs area that evening. In addition, the technician provided several suggestions on things a homeowner could do to keep units running longer. I recommend giving this company a call next time your AC needs servicing.

I would HIGHLY recommend TC to anyone! I took a chance based on all the positive feedback, and I can confidently say they have been nothing short of amazing. Our compressor died during the heat wave in July. They gave us the technical breakdown of our exisitng system, explained our options, and were not pushy. They have VERY favorable pricing, quick installation, and are complete professionals overall. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a qualified maintance company and/or a system upgrade.

I can’t say enough good things about TC HVAC Services! Back in March 2024, I was having trouble with my heating system and called them for help. The technician I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable—he had a good idea of what the issue might be just from our phone conversation. When he arrived at my home, he quickly confirmed his diagnosis and got right to work fixing the problem. I had previously called another company that told me to change the thermostat, which ended up being a complete waste of time and money. TC HVAC Services saved the day! Not only did they fix the heating issue right away, but the technician also shared some great suggestions for future maintenance. I appreciated their honesty and expertise. TC HVAC Services is the best that we have found in the area. We manage six properties and they are always there when we need them. They are professional, clean, and, most importantly, honest. I’m proud to recommend them to anyone!

This will always be my go to HVAC repair. I went to clean the EZ Trap and the plug ripped out the connector, ripping the relay switch out with it. Of course it made it so now the HVAC system was out, since the EZ trap flips to shut the unit off in an emergency. It’s 97 degree today so I was in a bad spot, with a wife who wasn’t happy since this was my fault. My normal repair company couldn’t get anyone out until 5pm the next day and even said it could be longer if they have to order a new EZ Trap. I call TC HVAC and told him what the problem was and he immediately started to explain to me how to fit it. He even gave me two ways to do it in case one didn’t work, like by passing the EX Trap. Most companies would have said they would need a technician to diagnose the issue. It took a minute but the system is back up and running thanks to him. With everyone trying to make a buck nowadays it was incredible to have some help me out of the kindness of their heart. I’d give them 10 starts if I could!!!

This is my second time using TC HVAC. Thea is very knowledgeable and is always professional. I called my home warranty service on a Sunday and they couldn’t get anyone out until Tuesday. I called TC HVAC and they came out immediately, gave me a quote and repaired my AC unit. Honest company and quality service. I would highly recommend TC HVAC for any of your HVAC needs.
