The electrician who was assigned to our service call (Brendan), was professional and thorough in his work. He was able to troubleshoot our concerns in a timely manner with positive results. He went above and beyond, especially when installing a vintage light in a particularly tricky location. Definitely a knowledgeable tradesman and pleasure to work with.
This is not our first time using TDR, and we would highly recommend them for their services.

Dillon presented himself in a very professional manner and listened to my concerns regarding the dryer electric socket. He firstly checked the electrical breaker to ensure the power is turned off for the socket and then proceeded in replacing the dryer electric socket. He then explained and showed me where the problem arise with the removed old removed socket. Afterwards, Dillon turned the power back on, rechecked the new dryer socket to ensure it's working and not shorting, cleaned up and left. I highly recommend Dillon and this company for electrical work.

Peter arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He was polite, knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to improve the electrical situation. He left the site clean of all materials and did a double check on the power requirements. Bonus points for being so dog-friendly!!! Thank you for a job so well done!

This team is solid. Spoke to Taylor and then the service team who quickly assessed my needs, booked my appointment immediately, and had an electrician out quicker than I expected (east Vancouver).
Peter the electrician arrived right on time, he was a pleasure to deal with and talk to, and he took care of all my fixes in a quick and professional manner. Things are all back on track —- let there be light!

I was really happy with Dillon from TDR - he addressed the heating issue quickly, efficiently and with a smile at all times - and the price was right ! he took the time to troubleshoot and share some tips . Mike from TDR did a great job in replacing over 75 out of date exterior lights for our strata, and kept up when we kept adding on extra electrical jobs. We’ve used TDR several times in recent years, and we are happy to go back to them.
