I recently had to visit Tech Base on two occasions as my phone was hacked and I had previously managed the screen. I was very unsettled as I thought I had lost my precious photos from my old phone, which had stopped working. I bought a new Galaxy A15 at a lower price than the Vodafone shop were selling them and asked if anything could be done to solve my predicament.
The help, advice and empathy I received from Callum and Craig was a pleasant and welcome surprise, as they couldn't do enough to rectify my issue. They not only managed to repair my old phone, but found my photos and contacts in my old phone and successfully transferred everything to my new phone, aswell as informing me hiw to ensure safety of my photos and contacts via Google for future reference/safety. I cane away, relieved and anxiety free, thanks to the hard work and patience of Callum and Craig. I can't recommend Tech Base eneough and will be a returning customer. A brilliant place, run by two of the most polite and genuine people that I have dealt with in a very long time.

Excellent service from Craig, fitted battery to iPhone and screen protector in under an hour, then set up phone and registered battery with Apple. My daughters recommended this place and they were spot on, would use again.

Excellent staff and service, 100% recommend
I've visited Techbase in LLandudno a few times and did so again today. Excellent visit as always- friendly and knowledgeable staff who know what to do, get it done, and who are happy to help and chat with customers. Problems always sorted out with excellent customer service and engagement. 100% the best place to go to.

Felt quite let down considering the online reviews. Had to chase for any kind of update, poor customer service as they seemed not interested … also left fluff under the screen of an attempted fix. Only consider if you want to be disappointed

iPhone 14 Pro Max Screen
The screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max stopped working. I took it to the Apple Store to be fixed by one of their ‘professionals’. They had it for 2 hours and couldn’t do anything with it because they also discovered a design fault in the screws at the base of the phone. They had rusted within one month of purchasing the brand new phone. Apple couldn’t get the screws out. They dismissed the case and could only offer me the option to buy a brand new phone.
Not wanting to spend a ridiculous amount of money, I decided to try to get it fixed via another provider. This is when we discovered Techbase. Craig and team in store were helpful and supportive from the beginning. They reassured me that they would get the screws out and they did, almost immediately. They investigated the phone and confirmed it was a screen issue.
Within one day, Techbase had ordered and fitted a brand new screen and provided new screws. The new screen works wonderfully and I can notice no difference in quality whatsoever. When I went to pick the phone up, Craig waited after the store had closed as I was keen to get the phone back for my holiday. He gave me an excellent deal for the screen, new case and a screen cover for the iPhone and it was fixed within a remarkable timeframe.
My phone went from an extremely expensive decorative ornament back to a fully working phone within 24 hours despite Apple iPhone declaring it a write off! Craig and his team reassured me throughout the process and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time.
I would recommend this company to everyone I know (and don’t know!).
If you want a reputable, reliable, honest team that go above and beyond to fix your phone - put yourself in Techbase’s hands. You won’t regret it.

Amazing carnt rate them high enough .. I went in for a second opinion after a scammer trying to rip me off (BM MOBLIES & COMPUTERS).he confirmed there was nothing wrong and cleaned my charger port took him no less than 5 mins and he refused to take my money after me begging him too . since worked perfectly amazing young lad ..I will be recommending them to people and if I have a problem I'll be back .

My wife needed a new phone, as her Samsung was as old as the hills! We tried to buy one in our local (Birkenhead) BT/EE shop but they could not guarantee the complete transfer of everything she had on her original phone as she had some family items she did not want to lose. Craig & his colleague in the Techbase shop in Llandudno were fantastic in (a) suggesting a suitable replacement & then (b) transferring everything over to the new phone then taking the trouble to run through everything she needed to know about items on it. If anyone has such doubts or problems as my wife had I would definitely recommend Techbase.
