We spoke with Branden while dealing with a hacked system. He was great. Cleaned up our very old pc and got it running again. We were advised that it was about to permanently crash due to age, but would work for a little while longer.
The search for a new one is on.

Tech 4 Life quickly responded to my request for technical support. The technical representative they sent to my home was able to resolve the issues I was having with my printer and my computer. Their service charge was reasonable and their representative was professional and helpful. I will certainly recommend Tech 4 Life to others.

I have yet to utilize these folks but have been referred to them many times. Today I sent a question through Yelp about a service I needed....on a Sunday....and was surprised & appreciative that they did respond today, even though they are not able to provide the service I needed. A user of Apple products for years, but had been without a PC desktop for six months (!) and just last weekend my husband surprised me with a "why don’t we get that MacMini you'd been looking into?” We did, I plugged it all in but found I wasn’t as familiar navigating it. Call Tech4Life !!
First off, Morgan set up MS Windows 365 and then settled into my frenetic pace of "what I want it to do is…”, and “let me watch you do that again”.
90 minutes later, my list of questions was nearly completed, with only two items left: find the elusive Iwatch App “Workout" previously used and then “Explain streaming to me".
15 minutes later, I was paying my invoice and then after thanking Morgan again for his time. I quickly scheduled and recorded my workout efforts and came back home to practice navigating streaming TV. ONE HAPPY CAMPER !! These techs are great !! Thank you !!

I have sought the assistance of Tech4Life for several years now. Steve, Alex, Courts, and everyone there is competent, friendly, fast and accurate. They just replaced my old, dying mechanical hard drive with a new, fast and robust solid-state drive that makes my iMac better and faster than it was when it was new. I feel very strongly that you will get superb work done at a very reasonable price at Tech 4 Life.
I wrote that paragraph a couple of years ago. My complete satisfaction and appreciation for their talents (especially Collin and Brendan because both of them have come to my aid several times) has only grown with time. I'm sure the newer staff will be equally helpful in the future when I seek their aid (in my typical state of panic) to fix my devices when they throw hissy-fits. Their calm, absolute competence is VERY welcome and appreciated.
You will be extremely happy if and when you seek out their help.

I took my troubled PC in and spoke with Brendan. He quickly diagnosed my issue and discussed the necessary repair option. He also offered me information that affected whether I had it repaired or not. Brendan spent quite a bit of time with me, was helpful, patient with my level of tech and very informative. I would recommend them and use them again when needed.
