Wonderful knowledgeable staff. Certainly know cars and their diagnostics. Very nice customer waiting area and office Sean and Scott and Rebecca and Cory, mechanics and apprentices are professional and competent. Customer satisfaction is at the top of their list.

My Friday visit on October 11th 2024 was horrible. I came with my car engine light on the front desk rather than talking with the mechanic giving me an appointment date that we are busy come next week. My car is not starting and I'm stuck in the middle of the road I towed my car to my home at my expense. unfortunately my visit to Napa was zero level satisfactory and I am broke as well last Friday visit. Even though they responded to call them back I still call them nobody responded to Trying to call you again and again but nobody responded I feel like all the reviews of Napa is fake now as the service was neither quick nor efficient for me. 159$ for diagnosis 100$ for tow not a issue to pay it. When I know what the issue of my car Rediagonis and reconfirm it's your duty not mine I can just tow it to you and you fix it. what the meaning is now for scheduling it.

When my tire blew out on highway 7, I was having the worst morning. The staff at Techline made sure it didn't stay that way! They were friendly, efficient and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Techline Motors now for a year and they never cease to amaze me. The true customer service they provide is a thing of the past, and the honesty is what truly sets them aside from anywhere else. I brought my car in because it was making a noise that could have been anything. Their team spent over an hour diagnosing my car to find that the noise had gone away. There was possible some particles between my rotor and pad that was causing the noise. They called me to pick up my car at no charge. This is just one story of several I have now, as my family has 5 vehicles all being serviced by Techline. You have customers for life! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Have been taking my truck here for a couple years and I can honestly say the best experience I have ever had with auto repair. Fair, honest and timely. I don’t know why anyone would go any place else. If there was a 10 star button I would have picked that.

I have been going here for years, and no matter what problem I’ve had on my mini cooper, they’ve been able to fix it and I come out never experiencing issues again. They really care, and I highly suggest they be the first ones you go to.

Went to a mechanic for a problem, 6 appointments later, same problem. Decided to come here, car was fixed immediately, and haven't had a issue since. Tech line is probably the best mechanic I've been to. Hard to find a good mechanic, a honest mechanic these days.
