First experience with a hostal. I like how it looks. Nice staff. Near public transport.

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to recurring issues with the room key cards. The cards would stop working every 24-36 hours, making it impossible to access our floor via the elevator. This problem seemed to affect other guests as well, as many people were frequently returning to the reception to resolve the same issue. The staff at reception were not polite when addressing this recurring problem. Instead of explaining the issue calmly, they were often abrupt and dismissive. At times, they spoke in a condescending manner, cutting off conversations and failing to provide helpful explanations. This attitude made the experience even more frustrating and unpleasant. Overall, while the hotel itself might be fine, the unprofessional handling of such a basic but repeated issue left a very negative impression on us. This version is concise, focuses on your experience, and avoids overly emotional or legally sensitive statements.

Poměr cena výkon Super 👍. Byli jsme zde na víkend s přítelem, vyzkoušeli jsme tento hotel a nemáme si na co stěžovat. můžeme doporučit.

Amazing place for the stay in Prague. Rooms are neat and clean, specious and with awesome view. Front desk is also helpful and well mannered. Highly recommended.

Anyway, just f this. No baloney. Unless you're looking for interaction and politeness with staff, I would not recommend you coming here. Until my 3rd day stay, i realise some ppl commenting are true, that the doing of staff are 'official'. I'm bothered and annoyed. I was exhausted af and still the staff asking me question when im entering the property... (it's just one of the incidents) . The day before, during midday, when the cleaning lady hasn't yet finished all the cleaning and changing of bed sheet, I asked the staff if I can change the bed. She said moving beds costs 100kč for cleaning fee... you could ask the front desk... What a joke! I don't think she's an intern, but just that she doesn't want any problem coz it wasn't her problem. Ofc, following company policy is the safest approach for everyone working under the company. I guess that's the reason behind for her to have such response. To be frank, the issue was solved after all. So no worries, I guess I just asked the wrong person. (I put 2 star instead of 1 star owing to this actually) . It feels like a lot has happened. I could be an example for the general feeling of an introverted person. Ofc, with enough rest, I sure speak normal and much more and do enjoy interaction with staff (in other hostel) . Don't put yrself into some dump holes if you don't want questioning from staff. Perhaps rules are stricter here. It's alright if you're looking for interaction with roommates or other ppl at lounge. If you're looking for a comfy environment, you shall come to this property for the room and lounge. . If you're staying in dorm room, lemme know how's yr experience so that I'll consider if I'll be staying here again, since sometimes you don't have much last-minute options in Prague.
