If you want to pay $180 for the technician to throw a towel in your washing machine and not look at anything else to tell you what’s wrong with it then this is your place. Then to quote us $375+ for parts the washing machine “may need” that weren’t actually necessary. We called in a different company that did a proper inspection and found loose wiring. Techville do better. Have your technicians do proper inspections and when a client tells you what the problem is beforehand, your technician should probably have an idea so they can know what to do beforehand. When we called to complain they said they would talk to a supervisor and call us back asap.. it’s been about 2 weeks and still no call. 0/5 stars.

The fridge stopped working, and I called them, and gave them information about the fridge including the year.
The guy came, asked about the year, and when he knew it is 2014, he told me he can't fix it since it is out of warranty, and you better call LG and took $178 for basically visiting me.

Just had Amar visit us to repair our Bosch oven. He did a full analysis and was here for just under 3 hours repairing it. No fuss, full concentration on the job. Was a pleasure to have and was so kind. Highly recommend!

Great service. Tech was here for exactly 60mins. Didn't realize till after he left that I was overcharged by 15mins. TechVill isn't responding or addressing this in any way. Once they use you they're good and done and don't seem to care about follow-up visits. Hourly rates are expensive so even 15mins makes a difference, to me at least.
