I do not recommend Tenants advice, nor do I recommend Antony Hodari solicitors who they used for my case. I spent over a year trying to get help with my housing disrepair, I’m still left with lots of problems at my home, I complained to tenants advice multiple times about the problems with Antony Hodari, who had been ignoring me for months on end, Tenants advice were not able to get my complaints resolved and I will still left in the same situation, being ignored my my housing association and also my solicitor who was meant to be representing me.

Team were very supportive and applied pressure to get the right result for me

We are suffering with mouldy walls and roof and every day there's bugs coming out of nowhere downstairs. Also my windows become steamy and mouldy. We request for a service they come and look and say stuff but they leave by giving little information and when they say they'll come back and fix the issues they don't.

very good company everything got sorted only thing I'm still waiting of my payment seems to be taking a while apart from that everything was professionally done

Was not helpful at all.Was told we had rising damp.We did'nt know.We knew we had damp issues otherwise.Also other problems as well. 2 solicitors rejected case.So i told them don't bother.Waste of time.Wish we hadn't bothered.

Thanks you so much for your help. Ive been depressed because of a leak in my house coming from my upstairs neighbor who is a lease holder and for 8 months, the council couldn't help me .. Tenants advice provided me a Solliciter , no win no fees and they helped me out. Thanks for the support !!!

Dont bother!!! The Solicitor wasn't bothered to chase our case, because it wasnt an easy profit. Their reason ..... I had stopped reporting faults to the landlord after repeatedly getting nothing done. And I'd repaired, replaced or used alternate solutions myself! Isn't that EXACTLY what this service is supposed to deal with? Well; apparently not, if it ain't an easy buck! It's a shame google don't allow you to make a negative rating.

Could not fault them at all, all work was carried out quick and easy. Previously I had contacted my housing group, they made appointments never showed contacted tenants advice and my issues were sorted, would recommend anyone to contact them. Thank you
