Tennessee Dog Dynamics is excellent! My dog Finn was extremely reactive around other dogs and sometimes people; it was very difficult for me to take him out for a walk without affecting my and his anxiety because I didn’t know how he was going to react around others. I gave my unruly furry kid to Jared for 4 weeks and got the same sweet puppy, but with a huge change; I was almost in tears to see him walking by my side, listening, even when we got home. You can see that Jared loves what he does. He’s so good and patient. He explained every single thing that he did with Finn. His techniques and communication never made me feel that my dog was a “problem child.” I was getting videos of his progress every single day. The best part was seeing my Finn in the same room with another dog without moving or reacting—that was the best video ever! I recommend Tennessee Dog Dynamics 100%. Thank you so much for everything you did for my dog. He’s still my good boy but with an outstanding education. Jared, you are amazing! Thank you!

I found TN Dog Dynamics on Instagram in May 2024 after adopted a pup from Wags + Walks. We were struggling with major leash reactivity, pulling, anything that would make walking him a nightmare. As a Great Pyrenees mix, I knew this would become unmanageable fast as he continued to grow. Jared was extremely informative from my initial message. He never bombarded me with sales tactics or tried to push me into committing (something I dealt with a lot when searching for a trainer). After a few weeks, I finally booked the 4 week board + train program. I was slightly nervous leaving my pup for that long, but Jared eased all my nerves with daily video and photo updates. Within 1.5 weeks, I was noticing a huge difference in Titan via videos/photos. By the end of the 4 weeks, it was a truly night and day difference! I decided on TN Dog Dynamics because they train in home, in real-world situations. They don't use fear based tactics, all positive reinforcement and correction based after they learn the skills. The free lifetime group classes were a huge factor, knowing that any issues I could potentially have in the future would be able to be mitigated without additional costs for more training. Plus, given Jared's Law Enforcement background with K9 -- I knew it was high quality training. I recommend Tennessee Dog Dynamics to anyone with a dog -- whether you struggle with major reactivity/behavioral issues, or you just want to add some level of obedience training. I would choose this company and trainer a million times over. Truly worth the investment, and now I actually really enjoy my walks with Titan. Tennessee Dog Dynamics saved the relationship between us and our dog! Maverick is fearful of everything and in turn would become reactive towards other dogs. While walking he would bark constantly at other dogs and jump around like a maniac. He used to pull and dart every which way and I wasn’t able to walk him without my husband. It was getting so bad that I no longer wanted to take him out on walks or anywhere public. Mav completed the 4-week training course with Jared and his behavior is like a completely new dog! I can and do take him on walks alone daily now. He heels and stays right by my side while walking. I finally have the confidence in both myself and Mav to take him out in public places where there are other dogs. We’ve had him home from training for 3 weeks now and have attended one of the group classes that are available to previous graduates only. This is an added bonus of the program! Throughout the 4-week training we were able to watch videos of Maverick’s progress and never had to wonder how he was doing or what he was working on. I would recommend Tennessee Dog Dynamics to anyone in the area!!

Jared did an amazing job with my anxious pup, Snow. He came home an obedient, well behaved, much less reactive dog! So thankful I chose Jared and would highly recommend his training services to those wanting to help their pups with reactivity and obedience issues.

We sent our mini Aussie to Jared for training when I could no longer take him on walks during daylight hours because he was so reactive to everything in his path. He would bark and jump and pull so hard at every car, dog, person in his view. It was embarrassing and I was so frustrated with him. I was walking him nights when it was dark outside and not feeling very safe. He went to board and train for 1 month and came home a very different dog. The first day back we took him to the Christmas tree farm and he was happy to see people and didn’t react to the other dogs there. We were even able to take him to a busy coffee shop and hand out on the patio and he was completely behaved! Our 9 year old daughter is now able to take him for walks and he behaves for her too! We couldn’t be happier with his training and are so grateful to Jared! You should definitely bring your dog for training with TN Dog Dynamics!!

Can't recommend enough!! Our golden retriever, Kobe, went to Jared when he was just 6 months old with tons of energy and not a lot of obedience/control. With a new baby on the way, we wanted some help getting him trained and some control to help with the adjustment in our household. Kobe came home to us a much different dog who is the most controlled and easy to walk dog ever. He loves his cot and holding "place", holds a "down" in place even with lots of distractions around, and loves his crate. Jared really loves the dogs he works with and the classes offered after training have been immensely helpful for refreshers for us.

Working with Jared was one of the best decisions we made for our little guy, Rico. We had just adopted an 11lb rescue were lost on how to teach him some basic obedience we knew we would need for our lifestyle. We knew even though he was little, he still needed training and were SO pleased with all Jared was able to accomplish in 2 weeks. He taught him implied stays, down, sit, place, how heel, act in public/be calm around people and distractions, and even crate trained him! Jared was excellent with IG updates and communicating with us while he had him. He was so thorough in our “take home” session, making sure to take time to answer all our questions and give us an opportunity to feel comfortable taking over training and take Rico home. The other INCREDIBLE part of working with Jared is that when you take him home, he doesn’t just abandon you. He’s continued to stay available for questions, following up with us periodically AND gives opportunity for free group classes on weekends all year long. If you’re on the fence - get off it and give Tennessee Dog Dynamics (Jared) a call. You won’t regret it and your dog’s life will be better for it!

After a 2 week training, Bodhi came back with so much more confidence and skills. We still train him on the same skills and he does great. Also, I love that I can reach out with my training questions. Highly recommend.

My German Shepherd did a 4 week board and train with Jared. He worked with her on her dog reactivity and overall obedience. Since having her back home, I have felt much more confident in her ability to be near other dogs, and also more confident in myself as he taught me how to be an advocate for her. We try to attend every group training session to maintain her education and social exposure, and I am so grateful for those opportunities!
