I have always had a good experience with the office of Teresa Chapman at State Farm Insurance. Today Karla helped me with a new policy and looked up economic options to help assist in choosing the correct plan. The phone is always answered in this office. I have been with Teresa Chapman for many years and remain a customer due to the great customer service.

Always a pleasant and smooth visit with this office! Teresa and Karla have both helped me set up my policies. They make this process easy. Very grateful to have a great team taking care of my coverage. I usually call them or email. No need to come to their office for me!

I moved to the Carmel area around a year ago and got connected with the Teresa Chapman State Farm. I have had one auto accident and the team was very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. Also, I purchased a new vehicle requiring change in insurance and the team had everything finalized and updated in one day. I worked with Alexis on the team and she was very polite and quick to respond.

Teresa’s office and in particular Karla have been wonderful to work with to get everything I need in a policy. They are responsive, professional, and go the extra step to ensure all the details are right.
