I was passing through from NY on the way to the Cape. I visited the store on Wednesday for the first time, and Louie helped me after I’d called first to see if he had anything there I might be interested in. This guy is more than fair and reasonable! As far as I’m concerned, you cannot get better service. I was pleased with my purchase, but even more so from the service I received. Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻

Ever been to a coin shop that makes you feel unwelcome ? NOT HERE !!! Helpful, friendly, and kind. I had to bring my daughters with me and the owner/operator was so nice and accommodating to us. We went to NY Gold Exchange to sell items from our parents' estates - we were pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed the experience so much. Louie and Tony are great! Honest, caring, willing to go through details with you of what type of jewelry or coins you have and why they might or might not be worth what you think they. They do their due diligence in check every piece meticulously to make sure items are really gold or silver. Plan on going back when I finish weeding through more jewelry!

Louie was a pleasure to work with! He took lots of time to go through my items and explain whether or not they were valuable. His reasoning was sound and it's evident he's a pro because he's been doing this for over 20 years.
