I had a fantastic experience with the Mop Squad and love how thorough the team are with cleaning - going above and beyond to even wiping down on my unwrapped/unopened home purchases (that were not yet ready to open) as they were dusty from renovation. The level of OCD is *chef kiss* and really happy to have engaged them. Even helped with moving heavy items around my place to ensure they can cover all grounds. Very thankful that the team was super understanding and continued to clean despite having some disruptions from movers and contractors coming into the unit. Highly recommend!

I have never engaged a cleaning company so have always been skeptical. But when I saw how MopSquad cleaners were doing their work with dedication and sincerity,I was very touched. This is my 2nd time engaging their services for my home cleaning

There were some marks on my newly painted wall but when pointed out to the cleaners, they cleaned it up fantastically well without any frown .

I would sincerely recommend their services in a heartbeat. Thank you also to Lawrence for arranging a speedy service for me

It's our repeated engagement with Mop Squad. Scheduling with Lawrence is a breeze and very accommodating.

The team came super early ahead of the scheduled time and were happily waiting to start work. The positiveness from them is a great way to start a day!! Cleaning was thorough and efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their cleaning services.

Mop Squad had always been my go to resource for cleaning requirements. Had engaged them b4 for moving out cleaning and spring cleaning.

Booked them for a spring cleaning job this year, Lawrence is very responsive and patient in answering all my enquries! Used corrosive chemical on surfaces, resulting in damages.
Refused to admit and the so-called CS is rude and talks like an uneducated person. Tried to cheat their way by bringing a non-corrosive version during the mitigation session. You will spend more money fixing the damages than the cleaning. Might as well clean yourself.

Cleaning team is polite, problem is with management.

1. Hi Janet, we are sorry for the cleaning experience. But we wish to inform on the string of events that took place after you notified our CS officer about the affected surface.

2. Our CS officer arranged for a test demonstration for us to go down to your unit to show you the type of chemicals we use to clean surfaces. We emphasize again that the chemicals used for your cleaning is the same as for all the other units in your estate. Should the chemical be of corrosive nature as you state, all other units that we cleaned in your estate would have come back to us to feedback on being affected by our cleaning chemicals.

3. When we arrived at your place, you did not allow us to show you the chemicals or demonstrate how we clean because you insisted we changed the chemicals. This is not true.

4. You further mention we used a Pink colored chemical with a strong smell that choked everyone including our cleaners. We absolutely do not have a pink colored chemical in our range of cleaning chemicals. Furthermore if the smell of our cleaning chemicals is really strong as you said, till it choked the surrounding presence of everyone, our cleaners would refused to handle them and our customers would have demanded we stop using them in their cleaning. But neither of this happened in fact.

5. We are sorry that your cleaning experience did not turn out well but your statement above does not bear weight. We had tried to explain and show you (refer to point 3) but we are met with your unwillingness.

Engaged them to clean my windows including bayview panels. Cleaning standard is quite up there. Vacuum before removing stains from both the window sills and the glass panels. Work as a team and work well together. Finished job on time despite challenges caused by pelting rain. CAN DO.

- ⁠professional team, at least 4-5 came in
- ⁠know how to clean properly and what to look out for
