Superb post-op care and treatment! The amazing staff guided me and advised me with the best approach to successfully return to all of the sports activities and life activities that I was afraid I would no longer be able to do. So grateful for Teton Therapy!

Wonderful staff, everyone is warm, pleasant, and dedicated to health promotion and progress. The ladies at the front desk are super flexible for any scheduling and appointment changes.

Awesome and understanding staff, I’ve been working with Jacqui on something I thought I would just have to live with the rest of my life but I’m already feeling results and I’ve only been in OT for a couple weeks. She makes you feel heard and has taught me a lot about my body I didn’t know. Would recommend Teton to everyone.

The clinical staff at Teton provided quality care; however, I had to lower my review to three stars due to their handling of a missed appointment caused by illness. I experienced multiple cancellations—at least four—some of which were last-minute, leading to significant disruptions in my childcare arrangements on three occasions and impacting my husband’s work schedule as well. It would have been appreciated if they extended the same understanding to me that I had shown them, instead of imposing a charge. On the day of my missed appointment, I was home managing a sick toddler while I was also unwell. Despite this chaotic situation, I received a text from Jacqui that morning. Even after I explained my circumstances, she continued to press me about rescheduling, seemingly unaware of the chaos I was facing. When I later requested that they show me the same consideration I had extended to them, it proved too much for them to accommodate without needing to call me back yet again. At that point, I decided I would prefer to pay the fee rather than deal with the hassle, which left me quite disappointed. The most frustrating aspect is that I have several medical issues that will require ongoing therapy, meaning I now have to seek a new therapist, disrupting my continuity of care and healing. Ultimately, I need an office that is reliable and shows consideration during critical times.

Awesome therapists that listen to your concerns and change your therapy accordingly. It feels great to be seen as a person, not just a client.

Everyone here at Teton is very knowledgeable and help with explaining everything. The whole staff is always so sweet and nice I just love everyone here

I've worked with Keyshawn a few times and he is an exceptional tech and knows what he's doing. He is also very happy and has a good personality. Tell him to keep up the good work!!

Teton Therapy is such an amazing place! Occupational therapy and Physical therapy have been super beneficial and more than flexible within my plan. I had no idea what they are capable of, but our "Success Stories" can be endless with effort and dedication on our part. Teton Therapy has literally everything I need in order to live my day to day with more ease as I also feel I have accomplished something that day. I am heard there. EVERYONE is friendly aanndd on the same page! Teamwork is huge when it comes to these environments. I am excited for every appt and I fall in love all over again each time I return. I feel like I fit right in and that's a beautiful feeling within itself! Thank you Teton ♡

I strongly recommend Teton Therapy for any of your therapy needs. Jacqui is an exceptional hand therapist who has significantly improved my functionality following two hand surgeries. She even dedicated time from her weekend with family to be at the clinic and assist me in my recovery. The clinic staff is cheerful and friendly, creating a wonderfully inviting atmosphere!

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Always willing to answer any questions that I have. Jackie is wonderful! So is Andy! Really everyone is. I have improved so much since starting. I graduate today, but I know they'll be there for me should I have question in the future!

I have been coming here three days a week every week for a little over a year. I have seen techs and students come and go. Because of my unique injury I’ve been able to share my story with each and every one of them, and show them progress from date of injury to current day and help them get used to working with unique situations and the equipment required for OT. Every day here is entertaining the people have a good vibe someone’s always cracking a joke or singing to the radio. It’s never dull or boring. I’m grateful for the help I’ve received and look forward to continuing along my road of recovery with the staff.
