Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While this did not work out as we hoped, this is not abnormal, most repairs are not completed on the first trip, it is fairly common to order parts and return to complete the service. For the reader to make an independent decision. This is our second time at this residence. The first time we repaired a refrigerator that is still working to this day. We repaired this refrigerator for the owner of the residence not the person who wrote this review. This review was written by an occupant of this residence, however the homeowner initiated the service call with us. ( We attempted to repair the washer but it was unsuccessful as the washer requires a significant repair that is too costly to justify. We refunded the owner today Sunday 11/10/2024. If we were after “Gold” we would not send a refund. We take pictures before and after and we clean up after ourselves which you can read in some of our other reviews. We did not leave the laundry room in disaster. Our phones are not open on Sunday’s and we only work on Sundays by appointment. We tried to accommodate the customer by scheduling them for today. The reason he could not contact us is because the phones are off on Sunday. Unfortunately, Google does not allow you to show pictures, because we could validate our position. None of our reviews are fake, Google makes sure that a name and photo is attached for a reason.
