Alex, Adam, Jules and James made a stressful experience so much easier. They worked swiftly, efficiently and were exceptionally courteous. They were extremely considerate not only to us but also to our chocolate Labrador who from time to time ventured under their feet! Regardless, they gave him fuss and carried on with the job in hand. We highly recommend Alex and his team, our experience with Thain Removals was excellent!

Myself and my wife were looking to move home straight after the Xmas period and were recommended Thain Removals as a local supplier. How glad we were that they were recommended the service provided was faultless they were always on time and we barely lifted a finger other than to direct. I would without a doubt recommend Thain Removals to anyone needing a hand with their removals/ moving needs! Alex and his team were absolute stars all day- we were moving out from a 6th floor flat in London which posed some serious challenges and they got us out so quickly and smoothly- dissembling our beds for us- and did it all with a smile and super friendly attitude. They did a spot on job of then getting us all set up in the new place about 2 hours away. Honestly, I thought today would be really stressful but Thain Removals took all the stress out of it - so grateful- thank you so much Alex and team!!!

Alex and Adam did a fantastic job moving us today. They couldn’t have done any more to make the move more efficient. They are lovely guys and we’re very diligent; checking what needed to be moved, protecting our things and checking that everything was moved into the correct rooms when we arrived. I would 100% recommend them.

House Move (DA3)
Alex and James...Such a great team. very professional, helpful and easy going. We used Thain Removals for our house move and it was a breeze. They arrived on time, loaded the vans (no idea how they managed to fit it all so hats off to their loading and stacking up skills) and headed over to the new address so it was all ready for us when we collected the keys. We had a quick stroll at the new place, explained where to unload stuff and simply left them to it... Bish Bash Bosh and all our stuff was in and ready for us to start our unpacking. Really glad we used them! Highly recommend them!!

Relaxed and efficient House removals (TN15)
I cannot praise Alex Thain and Co more highly . They were relaxed , calm and efficient as they packed my belongings and loaded my furniture expertly into the van They treated me courteously and even left me sitting in my comfy armchair until it finally had to be loaded, ( minus me!) . It was so refreshing to have the stress taken out of furniture and contents removal. I also feel reassured that the contents will be stored safely for the months I need before moving into my next home . It was a pleasant experience and I will always use Alex Thain and Co whenevet I have to move again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Andy and the lads were punctual, informative and kept us at ease throughout. Moving home for anyone is stressful but having faith in the lads and the job they were doing helped on the big day. We hope not to be moving home again in the near future but if we do we certainly will be using them again! Thanks again lads

This was the second time we used Thain Removals to move our furniture, as we had such a good experience the first time.
This time was no different. Alex and James were very professional, friendly, courteous, hard working and on time. They did an amazing job, collecting the furniture from Essex and dropping off at three different locations in Norfolk.
We will definitely call on them again and can highly recommend them.

Move to new home (DA3)
Two men arrived with a Luton van nice and early as agreed. They were both very professional and courteous. They checked what needed to be transported and got on with the task in hand quickly and efficiently taking care with all items. Nothing was any trouble. After loading up the van it was off to the new house and everything was unloaded carefully and put in the rooms required. They kept checking where we wanted things. Nothing was any trouble. An excellent service.

Stress free Home move (DA15)
Thain Removals are a brilliant team, super accommodating to our needs and dealt with last minuet changes professionally and managed to get us booked in at last minuet with no issues or moans. The team arrived early and was super friendly and made our move stress free, nothing was too much of an ask for them - couldn’t of found a greater team of guys to help us move. The van was packed up quickly and off loaded quickly allowing us to enjoy our new home! Bed was dismantled and reassembled with no damage. A great team and company - highly recommend!

Removal of furniture items to assisted living (PE33)
From the very start Alex was extremely professional and replied to my requests immediately. I really can't fault these guys. On the day their punctuality was spot on, they were polite, friendly and worked with a smile on their faces, even when faced with a spiral staircase!
