We were super happy we our dogs haircut. It was his first time and worried he would be to hard to work with but they were awesome and patient and made it a good experience for him and he looks good

Have had a total if 4 appointments. 1st was great, 2nd she did not show, said she took the appointment while away from home and forgot to put it in her book. 3rd time groomed two small dogs and said she was late for another appointment leaving three dogs without services, and 4th was a repeat of the 3rd. My appointment was for 5 dogs 2 with complete grooming and 3 with just nail trims which were left without services. I expect honesty and to be treated as if my appointment is as important as the next, this is not what I got. I will not call her again!

I'm sorry you feel you had a poor experience with us. We do our best to make everyone happy with our service. When you schedule 2 dogs to be groomed, then ask to have another one groomed "since you're already here" and then another dogs nails clipped "since I'm already there" puts me an hour or more behind schedule. I have other clients waiting to have their pet groomed as well. Sometimes I have to leave when 2 turns into 4. Again, I'm sorry you had a poor experience.
