If you are not a fan of going to the gym or simply don't have the time then I would definitely recommend that you give EMS a go. I was curious and wanted to see what it was all about and I really enjoyed it, it only takes 20min and it's a full body workout. James has a great energy and is very motivating. He listens and will adjust the exercises accordingly so that you really get to work on the areas you wish to focus on.

EMS training is the one to go to. James is a great trainer who made the training enjoyable. You definitely will see the results! I highly recommend James if you are looking for a new trainer!

I definitely highly recommend EMS at the Body Shape Studios especially if you don't have time for a long workout at the gym. Very grateful to Karen for her guidance and support always! My body has toned up and got stronger for sure.

Surprised by how much I'm enjoying the EMS training at The Body Shape Studios. (I generally hate the gym and organised exercise.) Am super grateful to Karen for the excellent and fun guidance and encouragement. Best of all, I love observing the progress I'm making in my day-to-day life, between sessions. Highly recommended.

I'm getting ready for my wedding this summer and have had 10 sessions with Karen so far. I've had amazing results already, lost several kgs, body has toned up and am positive I'm going to reach my goal! This is such an efficient way of working out and Karen is great fun to be around. Definitely going to continue up until the Wedding!

Loved my time with Karen at the studio. I’d recommend getting a EMS package, but most importantly, if you want to see results you need to dedicate yourself to some cardio and a balanced diet alongside the sessions. However, I’ve enjoyed how it makes me feel and how quick and tailored the sessions are!

Pleased to announce that I highly recommend EMS training with Karen at The Body Shape Studios. I have been working out with Karen for more than 3 months now. EMS is a tailored exercise for my hectic schedule and Karen has been such a brilliant private trainer with her caring and supportive personality. Clean and warm atmosphere of the studio is another plus.

I have been working with Karen for approximately 12 weeks and it has been great! I had never tried EMS before, but Karen's expertise and friendly approach put me at ease. The EMS training was great for me to get me started on my fitness goals and I feel more energised compared to when I started. Karen has been absolutely fantastic! She is friendly, dedicated and flexible in adjusting the sessions schedule based on my needs. I would highly recommend her and this training!

Skeptical at the beginning. However, I have lost 5 kg and still working on losing more.
The place is really inviting, clean, plenty of light, comfortable to use equipment. Karen is a great trainer, professional and keep me going in my quest. Gradually I have become compulsive to this kind of training. I supplement it with other gym activities too. Training has also helped me to eliminate some back pain and arthritic pains in the joints. It to be recommended to anyone, but they are busy, so book in advance. Try it, use it, join the club.

I’ve been with Karen at The Body Shape Studios for just under a year now, and I can honestly say I love it. I suffered terribly with pelvic pain after having SPD with both my sons. After a few weeks the pain had gone, and I am now in the shape of my life. My running times have improved - I’ve gotten 2 PB’s over half marathon distance, and my clothes fit nicely. It also helps that seeing Karen each week, is like therapy for your soul. I can’t recommend enough!

I came to Body Shape Studios to kick start an exercise regime. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain for over a year and I knew that weight loss and strength training would help. Karen told me EMS was used for rehabilitation as well, but I wasn’t sure it would work. 4 sessions later my lower back is much better and I have so much more mobility, and an added bonus I am in a size smaller jacket! 😀

I have recently started attending The Body Shape Studio which is fantastic. After only 3 weeks I had dropped a jacket size and my husband is saying unprompted he can see a difference in my body shape. Karen is really lovely and ensures I know how to do the exercises correctly. The app is great so you can track progress. The 20 minute session fly's by. I wish I had tried it earlier.

Decent workout & location. Could not get it to work for my lifestyle, scheduling and planning ahead was difficult. If you’re happy to book week to week this will suit you.

I have used this studio regularly for the last 6 months. I suffer with joint pain and find after 20 minutes not only do I feel I have had a good workout but my joints do not hurt and I find over time I have more flexibility and less pain. I recommend this to everyone, but especially those who find a traditional gym too difficult.
