We were concerned about ants on our property and a BUGMAN tech was able to come out quite quickly to spray the perimeter as needed. After a couple weeks we still had evidence of some resident ants. When I contacted BUGMAN they immediately set up another visit and sent a tech on short notice with baits which I could see was very attractive to the ants. I am very happy with the responsiveness I have received to my calls and emails, and I have to say that the service from the tech, Cameron, was excellent. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and generally a very nice person to deal with. Fingers crossed the ants take the bait and our problem is solved but this might take a couple days to confirm. I am very happy with the service I have received to date and would recommend this company if you need pest control in the lower mainland area.
