Great guide for a great experience
One of the best dives we had. Our dive guide (Sébastien) was super positive, motivated and professional. Equipment was well maintained, we had almost 50 minutes ground time both dives and felt taken care of and save every minute of it. Awesome company, would really recommend it to anybody! It was amazing to be with a dive guide that obviously loves his job. Diving in a cenote was a very unique experience!

Amazing experience, cenote diving is one on life time experience.The guides where extremely good they went through all the safety procedures. The lunch was amazing and they were supper cool and empathetic.Will repeat next time I am around

A mystical experience at “El pit”
I’m an advance diver, I have dove only in different oceans, but the cenotes experience brought back memories of my first dive when I was not able to contain my self of the excitement. A surreal experience that made remember to be humble about nature and so much that there I need to see. I glad I found an excellent company and Mel our dive master that made this experience unforgettable. She is the best from her knowledge in the cenotes, her passion for sharing this hidden world full of mystical phenomenons. The cenote guy is definitely the company to safely and professionally explore them, I can’t wait for my next trip to the Riviera Maya and go to visit the Pit again. Now I understand another diver when she said that she can’t stop diving in the cenotes, now she loves it more than the oceans. It’s something there that mysteriously attracts you.

Safe, considerate, good teacher, patient, respectful of the cenote!
Our guide, Max, was terrific and very safety conscious. I dove with a family member who is new to diving. We needed extra guidance in order to not bump into the cenote and damage it. I respect Max for aborting our first dive because it was apparent that we would not be able to steer clear of the sides, top and bottom of the cave. Instead, he spent our time teaching pointers to my Buddy and readjusting my weights. Whatever he said to my buddy worked. We did the second dive without difficulty. Get job by my dive buddy and Max. We did the Barbie Cenote which is in the same system as Brother's. Barbie was gorgeous.Linda C.

Don’t even think twice, just do it!
The Cenote Guy was EXCELLENT! Our guide was Mel and she was passionate, knowledgeable, an excellent dive master and cave certified diver. Our group had a mix of divers with skill levels from 14 dives, 50 dives, and hundreds of dives with tech certification. Mel made it a great dive for all of us. They focused on safety and awareness during the briefing and provided a great explanation of the dive plan. We dove Cenote Choc Mool and Cenote Kulkulkan. The dives were excellent, and I can’t recommend these sites enough for diving. They wouldn’t be particularly good snorkeling spots in my opinion. The experience is almost… otherworldly. It is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my life. I didn’t even know this was on my bucket list until I was there. Now, I will be back no doubt. The facilities at the Cenote were par excellent for the middle of the jungle. The bathrooms were immaculate, the tables were great for prepping gear, and the sidewalks, steps down and into the Cenotes were well cared for and easy to traverse in dive gear. They have a professional photographer at these Cenotes that took amazing photos for us, but they didn’t allow us to carry personal cameras. Photo prices ranges from 1200-2000 pesos depending on the number of people in the group. It came to 500 pesos each person for our group of 4 when we all purchased. The provided lunch was excellent, a great chicken burrito. The house hot sauce was awesome and wonderfully hot (really really spicy). Overall, the Cenote Guy will give you excellent service at a great price. Awesome value.

Amazing
Had a great experience diving in a cenote for the first time! Amazed by the beauty of the cave and also by the diving service. Lovely guide who explains everything you need to know about diving in cenotes. We also got a great amound of food and snacks. Would recommend 'The cenote guy' to everyone!

Can't say enough positive things about The Cenote Guy(s)!
Had such a great experience diving with The Cenote Guy(s)! Can’t say enough positive things. Booking the trip was seamless and simple - Dani was super responsive and friendly. The equipment was really high quality which is rare for dive shops. The cenotes were incredible. My guide Remi was awesome - super knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint is that he made one too many jokes about my buoyancy ;p. Even the t-shirt I purchased after my dives was high quality, nicely designed, and reasonably priced. If you’re thinking of diving the cenotes then do it! And if you do it, do it with The Cenote Guy(s)! 5 stars out of 5!!

Memories for life
We was a bit nervous before this dive into the Cenote (cavern, sinkhole)ukultan and Little brother.Long time no diving, vacation caused Covid.Max speaks French, Spanish and English fluently.He is very calm, reliable, handsom and helpful.To dive inside the Cenotes, cant be described you have to jump in and see and feel it by your self.Though we included photos from Photographer Ivan Ayala at Triton Production, whoom is woorking at the site, so that there is a chance that he can shoot you as well.A wonderful day with nice peopleRaghnild and Madeleine

First Cenote Experience
Dos Ojos’ water is super clear like you are floating in air. Our dive master was excited about our dive even though we were his 8th day in a row. He was knowledgeable about the history of Cenotes. We felt safe and were able to buy photos at the park. Pricing was fair. We paid 180 pesos/$20 USD each to get in the park. Two 50-55 min dives for $130 USD each, plus tip, $25. $175 each for transportation, snacks, lunch, dives and gear! Basically, $400 USD for 2 people paid for everything including photos. We highly recommend it and will do it again.
