Just had 2 ac u it's installed and the whole process was seamless form beginning to end. Josh was the final person to visit to make sure everything was working well and to address any questions that I had and was so kind and professional. Hannah kept me in the loop from the office and provided me with timelines. She was very nice, too!

Still almost 2 years after install and loving this company. They sent a new AC Tech out and he was what I would expect from and service individual you encounter. Dwayne, Thank you so much for coming out today repair a faulty capacitor! I would highly recommend choosing the Chili Brothers for your HVAC needs. They were exceptionally efficient, professional, and emaculante throughout the entire process. I personally will not go with anyone else in the Sugarland Area. Be sure to ask for Michael when you call. He will go out of his way to get you the answers you need to make an informed decision. Plus once you move forward he will be there to make sure things are going exactly how you expect. For reference my family (from another area) has worked in the business for over 50 years it takes a lot to impress us on their knowledge and ability to price the systems correctly. Trust is earned through knowledge and actions, they earned it 100% on both fronts.

Great install by Daniel and Manny. Post inspection tech was excellent. Really the entire was crew was solid from start to finish. You are in good hands with The Chill Brothers.

They delivered on everything. Overall, was pleased with the service. Just a couple of minor things. They were a little late for the install, but finished it within 4 hours. Also, forgot to replace my thermostat. But, otherwise, very personable and professional. They offered a quality product at a reasonable price. I'm glad they knocked on my door and gave me the nudge I needed to replace my old HVAC system. I have a 10 year warranty, so can get my thermostat replaced later.

We have had our new HVAC system for almost a year now. We stay up on maintenance before summer and winter. We had a few “connection” issues where one thing wasn’t communicating with another but those were all resolved quickly. We always get the same service tech out each time. His name is Keenon (i hope i spelled that right) and he answers all my questions, thoroughly goes through everything he has done, assures me that if there is any issues to just call and they will get it resolved. Chill brothers has alway been professional and willing to get issues or questions taken care of quickly. Thank you Keenon for keeping my house cool!!

Unfair employment with this company.. Don't get pay and talk bad about clients. My son was and you screwed him over. Work you like a dog, no sell no money. Get appointments to be set up and then they don't fall through. Finish training and still don't get paid for bonuses. Stop lying to people. Someone works for a whole month and only gets less than $300 to $400 a month. Yeah, company stole his sells and leads and he never got paid for his finished training. People don't work for this crooked company.

Great experience with sales rep and crew, not so much with office staff. Poor communication and attitude ruined what would have been a perfect transaction. I still would highly recommend the company though.

I called and requested service for my system. They discussed the options for service plans avaliable and I decided on the yearly plan. The were able to schedule someone for that afternoon. Colton, the service technician did an excellent job of informing me about the overall condition of my unit. He performed a complete inspection and we talked about items to address on the upcoming visits.

Very professional and quality work. Josh Cover was our technician and he was friendly and easy to work with. He explained everything well and helped us to pick the most cost effective system for our house.

Making another post. My air conditioner was on the fritz . The Chill Brothers came and serviced my unit. It was running a little funny sometimes, but since the install about a year ago it was working. Sometimes it would get a little warm, but everything would go back working. After Hurricane Beryl the unit started really acting funny. Had to make several services calls to get this straight. I might say every time, I made a call they came and fixed the problem. After the second call they finally got what the problem was. It was a sensor that went bad . My technician Josh Cover took all the information back to Chill Brothers and the replacement my outside unit, because the sensor was on back order. Lenox really too care of us from there. On the day of the install , Josh Cover and Nickolas Francis came by and took care of business. Nickolas Francis was on top of his game. They both worked hard and got my unit up and running in no time. They showed up on time,they was very clean, I didn't know they were working. I would recommend Chill Brothers.
