After weeks of researching cold plunges I landed on The cold life and they did not disappoint! Their customer service has been amazing and the plunge is awesome. I prefer a vertical plunge as I feel more comfortable in the cold water. Something about lying down is just harder for me (vulnerable position?). The plunge is easy to maintain and water feels uniformly cold. (Some other plunges not so much). Highly recommend!

BEST cold plunge company I've ever been connected to. These guys take their time to explain and help you through the whole order/setup process, and the plunge itself is rad - mine gets down to 40 or under even in 100+ degree heat, it's easy to maintain and in my opinion much better/more comfortable to use than the bathtub-style versions out there. Love it!!
