Ordered via the website for corporate gifts and Alexandra was super responsive over email helping advise on pricing, packaging, timelines etc. The team turned around my order very quickly within the timelines promised, smooth quick delivery and the biscuits looks beautiful too - packaging them up to send out as thank you gifts to some clients.

Honestly the best vegan cookie I’ve had! After recently going dairy free, I have struggled to find desserts that tastes good, but this cookie made me question if it was actually vegan. You could not tell! The best cookies ever. My partner had a non vegan one and it was also just as amazing. Highly recommend going to check out the Degraves St Laneway store. Not to mention the girl who served us was the sweetest person!

Sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. It's important to select the best courier option when considering your location. We always recommend Express Post to have the bickies arrive in the nick of time! As you selected Parcel Post, from Melbourne to Qld, this may have taken a little longer. We'd usually get in touch if we picked up on this, however Easter is a very busy time for us.
I may have to disagree with you on the remarkability of our biscuits! Our icing artists are incredibly talented and we never send anything out we aren't happy with. We make sure to include photos 'holding' the biscuits on our website so you have an idea of the size. We also include the measurements of the packaging.
Nevertheless, I hope we can change your mind in the future :)
