The Courtyard at Tiffin Recenze

This community is beautiful and vibrant. The staff is terrific. Megan, the Executive Director, is very helpful and caring. The rest of the staff are top notch. I would recommend this community to friends and family.

My mother lived here for two years when it was Randall Residence and after it became Courtyard at Tiffin. She really loved living here, it felt like home to her. She enjoyed her fellow residents and the staff. I felt like she was safe and was receiving good care. The facility does not feel as corporate as some others do, and they still offer comprehensive care. It is clean, it smells good. They have a courtyard with a garden. They contacted me whenever an issue came up that needed my attention. I have no reservations recommending this assisted living facility. If I had more parents who needed care, I would send them there.

My mother celebrated her 100th birthday recently at Tiffin Randall, and the staff really did a great job of coordinating and organizing the party. She had a great time!!!! Kudos to Megan, the Activities Director Renee, and her helpers. Also thanks for letting us entertain and allowing the relatives to join in the celebration 🍾!!!

My folks have lived at two other places since needing assisted living, and now that they are at RR, for the first time I am truly happy for them! Randall Residence of Tiffin is a beautiful and clean facility with a caring, attentive and professional staff. They provide a great level of care at a reasonable price point, and they have been very flexible in accommodating my parents' needs. Highest marks!!

Recently moved both parents to Randal Residence… it’s a comfort to have found a place where they still feel happy and safe together. Recently my mother had to make the very hard decision of living on her own to needing assistance with activities of daily life. We toured assisted livings in our area and the minute we walked in to Randall Residence my sister and I knew it would be the place our Mom could call home. Immediately she was greeted by the staff and residents alike. All very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Mom has her own apartment that overlooks a beautiful court yard. Her family has to schedule times to visit around the many activities she enjoys all week long. The food is delicious and Mom loves the extra attention that she gets with her personal care. We believe that Randall Residence is a true gem in Tiffin. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this transition easier for all of us 💕

Megan and her team are amazing at Randall House. My father has recently become a resident and the Randall House team could not be more patient, kind, understanding and supportive through the process. AMAZING & 5 Stars for Care!

My husband and I have two family members who live here and we couldn't be happier with Seneca House. It is such a beautiful place, and the staff are wonderful both to the residents, and the families. My mom has lived there for 2 years and constantly tells me what a good job I did finding such a nice place for her to live. All the staff here go out of their way to make sure that the residents are not only well taken care of, but that they are happy too. I have talked with other residents and their families, and we all agree that we are so lucky to have found Seneca House. Thank you to everyone at Seneca House for making this such a great experience for us!!

I adore Seneca House. In my time living in Tiffin, I have been to all of the local senior living facilities and they all pale in comparison. The individualized care and positive attitude from staff gives Seneca House a feeling as close to home as you can get! The facility is always clean, and concerns are addressed quickly and with much care.

Seneca House is a wonderful facility. I have attended several special events with family and friends. The staff have always been so nice. I would recommend Seneca House for your loved one. 🤗
