Let me first start off by saying that the establishment is absolutely immaculate! The staff is so well attentive and I felt like we were constantly being asked if we needed anything and also we’re showing how to use all of the equipment in the simulator. The staff kept on checking in to give us tips. Now the food is absolutely amazing and the drinks are even better! Kudos to the experience and thank you so much to the staff and ownership. We will be telling all of our friends about it and even booked our daughter’s birthday party.

"The Experience" could easily also be called, "The Awesome Experience"! Our company just had our December Holiday Party there and all of our associates offered over-the-top praise. The fun and interaction in the gaming area, the food, and the service were all phenomenal. As for the latter, the whole staffing was really efficient but particular standouts included Chris (who helped manage our party from the beginning through the end), Susan (the hardworking bartender who bounced back-and-forth to support our group in 2 different rooms), and Neycer (our relentless-working Maître d’) all exceled in their roles. We hope to go back there again soon. It is recommended that everyone in the area should strongly consider "The Experience" for parties!!

Fantastic venue that can hold Christmas parties and family gatherings

I booked my boyfriend’s surprise 30th birthday party here. Not only was it super easy to book the party but Chris answered every single one of my questions. Aiden was incredible and made sure to check in with me and the rest of my guests during the party to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Everyone enjoyed the simulators and the food was delicious! I will definitely come back again!

I had a fellowship event for my Mens 3DI company. Everything was perfect. The room was set beautifully, colors were perfect, food was amazing. The maitre d' , Neycer Pereira,and his staff were outstanding. They were there when we needed them and not too much to be an annoyance. Just right!!! Thank you to all who helped make our experience at "The Experience", Wonderful!!!! AAA - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were so fortunate to have Neycer Pereira as the maître d at our wedding. He was incredibly attentive throughout the entire night, always making sure our cups were filled and that food was waiting at our seats whenever we needed a moment to eat. Neycer’s patience and friendliness with our family really stood out. He kindly guided guests to their seats, helped them find the restrooms, and made sure they were comfortable navigating the venue. In addition to his warm demeanor, Neycer was impressively organized. He worked closely with my parents to ensure everything was set up perfectly, making the day run smoothly. One of the highlights for my wife and me was how accommodating he was—he gave us a private room to relax, where we could take a breather, and truly helped us feel at ease on such a busy day. We can’t thank Neycer enough for his hard work and professionalism. He played a huge part in making our wedding day unforgettable.

We had our party at Simplay this past weekend. Everything was perfect. It was the best night! Huge shout out to Neycer, our maitre d. He was so attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and having a good time. At one point during the night, he literally fed me since he saw I wasn’t eating. I have nothing but the most amazing things to say. Our guests were so impressed with the entire night. Simplay was the best event space to have our party. Also, from the start, Chris, the manager, made everything seamless and was there for us throughout the planning process and present on the day of and throughout the event. Thank you to everyone at Simplay who made our event the best!!

Place is a hidden gem! Spacious, newly renovated, clean, nice drinks. Neycer the Asst Manager was knowledgeable and patient showing us around the place. Look forward to booking our next group outing!

We had my mom’s 70th birthday there and all I could say is AMAZING!!! Neycer was amazing in assisting with everything!! Him and his team made sure everything was handled so we could enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything!

Amazing party for my sisters sweet 16, every event I've been at Simplay for has been phenomenal! Neycer did an outstanding job organizing and running the event! Great ball room, fun and entertaining cocktail hour, and overall just amazing! My sweet and now my sisters sweet 16, both complete successes!! Highly recommend!!

Fun loved the hockey simplay

I recently had the opportunity to use a golf simulator during a meeting with some colleagues, and it was a fantastic experience. The simulator offered a highly realistic and immersive golf experience, allowing us to enjoy a round of golf indoors. The technology was impressive, providing accurate feedback on our swings and shots, which made the game both fun and informative. The setup was comfortable and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. It was a great way to combine business with a bit of leisure, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to add a unique twist to their meetings or team-building activities. Definitely Batman approved!

Attended a Suffolk Networking Professionals at simplay and it was a great experience playing on simulators! Definitely recommend group of friends who want to have a fun hang out.

THE BEST! We had my husband's 40th birthday party here and everything was perfect and easy. From management all the way down, staff was excellent. The place was beautiful. Everything they said they'd do they did and more. Food was good. Service great. Not one issue anywhere in this planning. Looking forward to using this venue again. Thank you Mike. Thank you Nacer! Job well done! A birthday to forever remember.
