Brad did a great job! he made orthotics for my Classic nordic ski boots to deal with an arthritic big toe joint and produced outstanding results. he listened carefully to my needs that I needed a stiff orthotic to protect my toe joint. Great results - I was able to ski unlimited mileage without toe pain.

Wonderful service. My boots feel better.

I came in to see Brad for orthotics and to see about getting my boots tighter. He realize that I have a 13 women’s narrow foot so therefore require a men’s boot of 27.5. I also sustained a foot fracture several years ago, which Makes dorsiflexion of my foot very difficult. In any case he was able to work with me and solve the problem. I would highly recommend his professionalism and his knowledge of the anatomy of foot.

Brad was great and helped me fit my custom orthotic. Its been a week that I've used the orthotic and I can already tell a difference in pain in my lower back and hips (I didn't have a lot of knee pain.. yet, but hopefully won't have any now!). He explained how the foot works and where and why problems arise. Definitely would recommend if you are every worried about your feet causing issues.

Katelyn was really friendly and had a ton of professional knowledge and experience. I was happy to find that, because I made an appointment, they were able to mold my snowboard boot insoles and have them ready to go before I left!!

Best ski boot fitting, custom footbeds, and canting!

I'm a lifelong skier and ice hockey player. Brad made me insoles for my skates and ski boots. Both helped me improve my performance. I needed to replace my skates and my insole did not match. I scheduled a refit. Brad was able to adapt my foot beds to a perfect fit and performance. Thank you Brad. Well done.

Went in for custom orthotics just over a week ago. I waited to do a review until they were broke in a bit. I have numerous foot problems and trying to avoid surgury for as long as possible. I've had pain for over 15 years. Katelyn was extremely knowledgeable, through, kind and understanding. She took her time during the process to make sure she was getting the right fit for me and my foot issues. I have had several pairs of custom orthotics over the years and none can compare to these. I've had no pain from day one wearing these! It's honestly a miracle and I can't recommend Katelyn and the Foot Lab enough! Absolutely life changing for me!
