The best experience at an opticians I’ve ever had! I have had more answers and explanations about my little girl’s eyes today than I have had in 6 years. Bilal was absolutely brilliant… and was SO good with her. He took time to explain things clearly and at a level that she could understand and was so thorough when testing her eyes. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the whole experience was excellent. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Went to have my eyes tested Monday
Was told to go and see my GP
Got an appointment Tuesday morning 9:am at the gp
Hospital appointment Thursday morning 9:00
Found to have had a slight stroke
Without the help from this excellent optician god my life could have changed for the worse
So cannot rate them high enough

Great friendly snd professional service from Usman. Gave me detailed information and help on different lenses available to me. I decided on a new pair Ray Ban glasses and he fitted the same lenses to my Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses at no extra cost. Very happy with the service thank you and I’m sure I’ll sell him a car in the near future.

My glasses were accidentally broken and I went away a day later. The team were able to make me two pairs of glasses for £89 and in under two hours, same day. Fantastic service all around. Staff members are all very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Can't recommend enough

This is the only place I will go for my glasses!!! A first class service from everybody in store makes all the difference!!! Never feel pressured to buy anything I can't afford but always leave with exactly what I need!!!
Always available for advice and the whole team are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met!!!
A huge range of glasses to suit all face shapes!
They also managed to notice I had a stigmatism that had been missed for 30 years!!!
