Absolute SCAM! SCAM! Halara is a SCAM! The clothing is manufactured in China with child labor. The quality is complete TRASH. And when you receive the GARBAGE clothing and need to return the items, Halara always has a system "glitch" that prevents you from completing the return. If you've been a victim, just call your bank and file a FRAUD dispute. Get your refund and be done with it. Halara is a scam and will never refund your money. These other so-called "positive" reviews are PHONY reviews posted by a paid service that businesses can pay to post FALSE "positive" reviews. Order: **************934

No pants yet Can't comment on the quality as I haven't received the product but at this point I will say that the communication on shipping is very poor. While I can track it with a tracking number the shipping status hasn't changed, it's been a month. For some reason I thought there was a warehouse in the US, guess I was wrong. Probably would not have got sucked in to ordering these from all the pop up ads had I known they were shipping from China. Ordered a pair for me and my sibling for Xmas, not sure if I'll get them. It's been 4 weeks. Have received zero email updates from Halara. Can't believe they are making money on this and all these insta influencers are out there touting the business.

No customer service and returns are hell I actually loved the clothing and materials but as expected not all my items I bought were a fit. No issue, I'll return and get other things right? Well, my experience with returns has been hell enough to post a review anywhere I can. No useful help returning anything in the returns portal, customer service just stalling asking the same questions as the returns portal... And conveniently after a month of exchanges and saying this isn't fair that it's two days from the cut off date and I still have no help returning this can u extend the return window... The email I have replied to MANY times is no longer in service. Too convenient for them. Thanks for stealing my $ Halara. You lost what was going to be a new fan and customer. I'll actively deter folks from you moving forward.

They kept delaying order Initially, I placed an order that included a pre-order item, so I understood there would be a wait for shipping. However, even a week after the item was in stock, I still hadn't received it, so I had to cancel the order. For my second order, I specifically chose items that were listed as available with no issues. Yet, over a week and a half passed, and the items still hadn't shipped. When I reached out to check, I was told there was a restock item in my order—something that was not indicated at the time of purchase. When I raised a complaint, I was informed that the issue had been reported to the "higher team," but I've received no further updates or follow-up. This level of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I've decided to cancel this order as well. This brand is incredibly unreliable, and the customer service team is shockingly incompetent.

Unethical company My order that I placed on 10/25/2024 never arrived. I contacted customer service multiple times and got the run around. I requested a refund as I never got the clothes. Customer service went silent. Horrible experience and really unethical business practice!

These guys use crappy delivery service companies no one has ever heard of - BE WARNED I orders two pairs of pants and have not received them. The order status says they were delivered and left at the front door by a company called Speed X. Ring camera shows no one leaving anything at the front door. Halara said that I need to contact Speed X but Speed X only has email and they are not returning any of my email messages. This is absolutely ridiculous! If Halara was a good company, they would have been the ones to have figured out where my package is by contacting the delivery service and not leave it to me, the customer to do all the leg work. This not a good company. I’m sad that I didn’t do the research before placing my order.

Package is missing I ordered two pairs of pants a month ago and never received them. I have contacted customer support several times but no one knows where the package is. In the meantime, I had to contact another company who were going to possibly deliver it and they didn't know anything. Then support was going to figure it out and let me know after 2 business days. After a week I still don't know anything and I just get another standard email back saying I have to wait 8-10 business days. Of course, those have long passed. No one knows where the package is, no one can deliver it and no one lets me know anything. If I cannot receive the package, I would like to get my money back though. What a nightmare. Never again. I’m out 125$ Never again. I order 2 pairs of pants. They were shipped and “delivered” via UPS, but they were never actually delivered. I can’t file a claim with UPS because the shipper has to do that. I have a UPS tracking number but now HALARA is telling me that the package was delivered by Uni Uni, but I don’t have a Uni Uni tracking code, so it can’t possibly be tracked with Uni Uni. Now HALARA says I have to get in contact with Uni Uni. Absolutely no help from anyone.

Cheap qualit. Awful customer service The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.

Do not buy if you want to return Absolutely horrible returns experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK! I returned my HALARA order through Evri (self-paid, of course) which was delivered a week ago. The customer service have asked for Evri tracking number which I have given to them but they claim it doesn't work. I then sent a screenshot by screenshot response showing that it works and it has been delivered but they are responding with automated emails. I have literally sent them proof of delivery and they still would not refund me my money. Asked for a chargeback from my credit card - thank God this option exists.

Returns Suck I ordered 2 pants. For one they did not fit and 2 the material was horrible. I chose the return option and they would refund everything but the $7.90 shipping cost. The package has been attempted to be delivered several times and no one is obviously receiveing it. And now USPS tracking states that if a redelivery is not scheduled they will return it to me. I reached out via email with pictures of return receipt and picture of the USPS online tracking portal and they say they are working on it. I returned it on 10/15 it has been attempted to be delivered since 10/17. All I want is for them to return my money. This company does not uphold what they state they will do all to keep their money. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible Returns & Understaffed Support Team TL;DR: Halara is as scammy as they come. Their quality sucks and their customer support is intentionally convoluted with their team understaffed. I've been waiting 13 days for a $90 refund on two pairs of pants. It took 25 minutes via chat and over 5 emails for me to get a pending PARTIAL refund that did not include the cost of the shipping label or return packaging. Do not buy from Halara. This is regarding Halara’s High Waisted Work Pants, size 2X in gray and black AND my experience with Halara Support. I'm 5'2" and bought these pants for a new job. I typically wear a 1X or 2X and used the Halara Size Guide to select the 2X size. Despite being $40 each, the pants I received were made of an extremely cheap polyester and would need to be hemmed at least four inches in order to fit me. After finding it impossible to initiate a return on the Halara website, I emailed support on 10/9/24. In response to my email, I was sent an unresponsive link to initiate a return. I then spent 25 minutes in Chat Support with a clearly overwhelmed team member who was able to eventually email me a return label despite her saying it would originally take her 24 hours to do so. On 10/11/24, I spent $4 on packaging and mailed the pants back to Halara via UPS. On the 17th, Halara Support emailed me and stated they needed a tracking number before initiating a return. I attached my UPS receipt and on the 18th they stated they initiated a refund of $89.90 to my card. It is now 10/22/24. The refund that is still processing to my account is only for $82 despite Halara support stating that the refund would include the cost of the shipping label. This also doesn't account for the $4 I spent on packaging. In total, I've wasted over $93, 25 minutes over chat, and hours on emails to wait 9 business days to to MAYBE receive a partial refund. I do not recommend that you purchase anything from Halara.

massive fraud I made an order through the website and it was never delivered. when I contacted them they basically said I'd been victim of a fraud and they had no record of my order.

Shorted me 185 dollars on a return. I ordered 5 items from this site (totaling 197 dollars) for an event that I was going too. I sized my products according to their size chart. When the items came, all of them were massive and an exchange would not have made it in time for the event. I requested a refund and was given two options, keep the items and receive a gift card, or return the products for a refund minus the shipping label. I chose the latter and went through the arduous process of their return system. Taking photos of myself (inhumane and embarrassing and humiliating to have to photograph myself and show them that their products did not fit me correctly instead of just accepting the return). I sent the return by the appropriate day and actually had to follow up with them by email when I did not hear anything about the return. I eventually received a message back stating that they issued a refund and when I finally got around to checking, I was given 2 dollars and 52 cents back. I reached out several times and have yet to hear a response. Every single item purchased was never worn, just tried on and returned to its original packing and the free gift they sent was also returned. I have yet to hear back from them despite reaching out multiple times. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be contacting and generating a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not hear back shortly.

Abzocke Es ist die reinste abzocke! Die Ware sieht komplett anders aus wie auf den Bilder und wenn man es zurück schicken möchte, werden einen die dicksten Steine in den Weg gelegt. Es fängt damit an das du jedes Stück das du bestellt hast eine Foto machen musst und eine Doktorarbeit schreiben musst was damit nicht stimmt oder warum du es zurück schicken möchtest und erst dann wird die Ware in den Prozess des Rückerstattung aufgenommen. ABER ….das heisst nicht das du dein Geld zurück bekommst es steht dann das es in Bearbeitung ist seid 4 Wochen bei mir und klarma schon die erste Mahnung schickt. Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen absolut Abzocke !!!!

They pretend you can make a return, but… This site will offer you an opportunity to make a return and then will ignore your follow e-mails asking how to complete the return until it’s too late to return it and they write you telling you you are past the date of return and they won’t allow it any longer. Don’t buy from them!

Beware of returns. Especially in Canada I placed an order of around $250 - got multiple things in different sizes because it's an online store so obviously I need to see what fits better. Decided to return 3 dresses - about $100 worth of product. They offer you the same amount in a GIFT CARD so that you can continue spending money with them OR you can ship back the items at YOUR OWN expense. They don't provide a prepaid shipping label for Canada and they REQUIRE a tracking number, so this return is about to cost me $20+. For such a large company (or so it seems, given the thousands of ads i've seen) you would think they would provide free returns. But nope. Such a scam! Only provides you a full refund if it's a quality issue. If your store is exclusively online, returns should be free. How are customers responsible for the cost if they need to purchase multiple sizes to try. Or if they just don't like the fit or style in general. Not to mention, my purchase came with two free gifts, which i didn't even want … and now I have to return those too, which will make my package even heavier, increasing the shipping cost. Note the return shipping address is in the states. STAY AWAY. Stick with lululemon or something

Don't waste your money! Cheap fabric for the price you pay. Also, inconsistent sizing, and colors don't match with the ones on the website. Disappointed customer.
