Nothing luxury about an ex-hotel being renovated into yet another overpriced apartment complex. Still looks like a hotel, should've stayed a hotel. At least then it didn't wield a depressing black, gray and white color scheme in the rooms.

I was going on a apartment hunt for my first apartment and I came across The Jade Apartments and I am so pleased to say I moved in May and have been here ever since and I can’t wait to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the One bedrooms are perfect for couples or for even someone who stays alone. I wouldn’t trade my apartment for anything, Armand and the building team have made my move and stay a breeze !

I want to thank Amani for her knowledge about the apartment complex I love the complex especially the gym and the study area so I can focus on my homework since I am in Nursing school the amenities included are by far the best from any other place I have seen I can't wait for the restaurant to be included!

I just want to say these are some beautiful apartment homes with many new amenities. Such as extre storage, NFL PACKAGE on outside projector, jacuzziand pool, plenty of parking, and the most important thing security cameras all over. Thank you for the tour Amani

This place is amazing. We walked inside and it was like a resort. The front office was very hard working and always got back to me very fast and timely. The apartments are up to date and very contemporary. Over all a very good experience.
