One of the best decisions for my wedding! I wanted a very natural look, and Lash Out did a perfect job. They also lasted for the entire honeymoon, even with swimming in the ocean. It was so nice not to have to wear mascara for the whole trip. Just I-woke-up-like-this energy. The honeymoon picture below is almost two weeks later, still have most of the lashes!

I had a 4pm appointment there today. Apparently, while I was getting my lashes done, someone came in and had a 4:30pm appointment. I started to feel like the person that was doing my lashes was rushing. It appeared OK when she finished at 4:35pm However, it is now 9 PM And I already had several lashes fall out. I did a hybrid set which I’ve done at another place, and they took an hour placing it in. I did not touch them nor did I wash my lashes. I am highly disappointed considering that I just spent $120 plus tip!

Hi Stephanie, thank you for posting a picture so others can see how beautiful your lashes came out. It’s absolutely normal to lose 3-5 lashes on a daily basis. These are not permanent lash extensions as they shed and they fall out with your own natural lash. That is why refills are required every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain the same look as when you first get them done. You can always reach out to our management team to resolve the issue. Discovered Lash Out bar recently and Sasha is the best! I usually get the bombshell set or love spell hybrid. I’m always in and out within 45min or less. Highly recommend for a consistent lash extension experience in Astoria!
