I want to thank the mortgage company. I am a first time buyer who has had a very challenging experience. I was initially with a different broker. A week before buying the property I had no broker or solicitor. I was very doubtful that I would be able to purchase the property and quite upset about the whole situation. The following day I contacted the mortgage company and explained my situation to see if they could help me. Within a few hours, Martin was able to get me an AIP and help me get the process back on track. Martin and the team are very professional and knowledgeable. They have worked hard together to make sure everything was arranged immediately and I am able to complete on my property purchase. I genuinely cannot thank Martin, Tara and the rest of the team for their time and effort to helping me. I would strongly recommend any first time buyer to speak to the mortgage company. They have extensive experience and knowledge and are genuinely interested in helping you. I have felt at ease from the moment I spoke to Martin and was instantly convinced he was the right broker for me. He has gone above and beyond with the property process and I will be referring him to both my family and friends in the future. Thank you so much again.
