We used Kirsty to secure our mortgage. After months shopping around we were refused on many occasions because we didnt fit the lenders critera. We then contacted kirsty and explained our situation to her. Kirsty took her time and expertise with our case and secured us a mortgage. We cant thank kirsty enough for all the hard work she has put in. Kirsty was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and was very quick to get back to us. We also used the solicitors kirsty recommended to us and they were quick and efficient. Kirsty does all the hard work, all you need to do is submit the correct documentation. I'm so greatful to Kirsty for all the time and effort she has taken to secure my current mortgage. After being let down by the first mortgage advisor I went to, I was very worried that my mortgage needs were obviously impossible to achieve. My situation wasn't straightforward as had to factor in paying off a help to buy loan, and was on a tight time scale, and budget. After telling Kirsty my situation and what I wanted to achieve, she took over and did everything from securing the mortgage to finding the right solicitor for me. I haven't had to lift a finger, other than sending in the necessary documents. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and also always replied to emails straight away. I can honestly say I am more than happy with the service and would happily recommend to anyone who is looking for a mortgage advisor.

Kirsty was a GODSEND!!! She was really helpful and informative from the get go. I was umming and arring whether to remortgage and lengthen my term and lower my payments as before I had a short term and higher payments but she was able to show me several different options to choose from. She understood my circumstances so was able to find a deal that had cash back which covered my solicitor fees (which she was also able to recommend). At the time I was unsure if I was moving out with my partner and to find a buy to let mortgage or a mortgage with the possibility for consent to let. She found me several deals and consulted with them to find the best options for my situation. I knew I was being complicated with being unsure of what I wanted but, she was considerate and understanding the whole time and was super helpful and never rushed me. I couldn't recommend Kirsty enough she went through so much with me and was always a text or call away which was helpful if you're working a 9-5 and often sorting these things in the late evenings. I honestly wouldn't have been comfortable with a decision if I had gone with someone else or did it myself since she gave me all the options and took all the stress away! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kirsty has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! I found her Instagram page on my feed and gained informative mortgage advice from her as I was a first-time buyer and didn’t have a clue what I needed to do to get a mortgage.
