WOW 🤩, what can I say, I been in a difficult situation as I been in full time employment and self employed same time. I recently started my self employment so many Mortgage advisor didn’t want to know me. I have contacted more than 7 different advisors and 6 of them said it is not possible to get a mortgage until I wait for my tax year in 2025 April. But thanks to google I found Joanna and explained my situation, all she said was “leave this with me I’ll get back to you” oh yes she did get back to me unlike others. She contacted lenders on behalf of me and spend lot of time on my case. She took my case as it’s her own mortgage. She went through everything with us, we applied for our mortgage on the 19th December 2024 and we had our offer came through this morning. Without her this is just a dream. Never felt stressed as Joanna took care of everything.

We cannot recommend Joanna and her services enough. As first time buyers, Joanna put us at complete ease and explained the processes to us very clearly. Her communication is quick, efficient and she was so fast to set up initial meetings with us, and all subsequent catch ups were the same. Joanna kept us informed at each and every stage of the buying process and was realistic with us about our finances, borrowing power and the current market. Joanna helped us through tricky stages of buying our first property and navigating the mortgage world; she strived to find us the best deal and product for our needs now, but also took into account future wants and needs too which was so reassuring. Because of this, it was easy to place our trust in her and know that we didn’t need to worry about finding a lender and going through the whole process, because she had it covered! We feel very fortunate to have had Joanna’s support over the last few months, and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again for any future mortgage needs. My girlfriend and I are first time buyers and were nervous about navigating the potential minefield and pitfalls that can impact first time buyers. But I cannot recommend Joanna enough as a mortgage advisor. She was very attentive to any questions we had, very knowledgable and most importantly wanted to make sure we got the best deal possible. She was really supportive during our house hunting, and that definitely helped us steer our decisions in the right direction. Once we made an offer, she helped us pace ourselves in the mortgage application process, and then during the process itself, her support was fundamental.
