Excellent experience, would easily recommend. Oven an hour spent carefully testing parts and diagnosing my issue, and a resolution which came within the call-out fee. Offers of additional work with only parts to pay for, and lots of good advice regarding repairing vs replacing the oven. No hard sell at any stage. Meanwhile, the oven is working well for now and has been cooking meals for our family of 5 for days now. Thank you!

Contacted Stephen who got back to me very quickly about my new compact oven that had been damaged in transit. Really thought it was beyond repair but he re assured me this is something he could fix. Very knowledgeable and communicated with me very well to find the right spare part direct from the manufacturer. Came back twice to clear the broken parts of the oven and fix the problem. The second re visit was due to the spare part that had broke again in transit but Stephen was patient and was happy to return to complete the job. Would highly recommend for any oven issues and will be adding him onto our tradesman list. Thanks

Oven clean of a Saga oven (LU7)
Stephen did a quite phenomenal job - the before and after photos could be used for a TV advert! Spotless oven and hob and he even did some running repairs as well. A superb service which I thoroughly recommend.

I had my oven cleaned by Stephen and honestly, I'd highly recommend his service! Our oven was back to looking brand new and sparkling and the customer service was top notch. Repair and oven clean (HP16)
Found Stephen after an online search and booked him after reading the positive reviews. What a good decision that was! Stephen arrived promptly, repaired our faulty range oven and then cleaned it brilliantly. Spent over 5 hours with us. He did a fantastic job and the oven now looks far better than we were expecting. Very impressed with the work and we now know where to go for repairs and oven cleaning in the future. Highly recommended!

Oven cleaning and replacement bulbs (HP6)
When Stephen announced he would remove the glass panels from the doors to clean between them and remove the fan cover to clean behind, I knew i’d get a thorough job! My 14 year old double oven looked like new by the time he’d finished. Stephen is polite, professional and a perfectionist. During COVID he trained as a repair engineer and I’ll definitely be calling on him if the oven breaks down.
