Having used the personal agent several times (to buy and sell my previous property and to view properties) I have always had a really positive and enjoyable experience. Today I had a viewing with Sammy Voller and she was very nice and professional and spoke to the seller straight away, discussed my queries and promptly called me back. I would recommend the personal agent to anyone looking to buy in the area and will certainly try my hardest to use them again to purchase my next property.

Agent Rosanna was very helpful plus, provided relevant and useful updates promptly on the property.

We have just completed and moved down to Cornwall after a very stressful couple of months. The Personal Agent team at Banstead were able to sell our house the week after we put it up for sale with just 3 veiwings.They were absolutely brilliant in the way they were able to liase between all parties to ensure clear communication and kept us updated on the sale etc...As the sale was about to complete there where a few hiccups (solicitors not estate agent related) and Simon Tongue was actually more helpful and informative than solicitors acting on our behalf. We won't be moving again hopefully but if we did we would hope the estate agents would be as fantastic as The Personal Agent team.
