Beautiful customer service, with phenomenal communication and understanding compassion! I ordered a faux plant that looks beyond perfect in my space and unbelievably realistic. Delivery to QLD was packaged with care and only took one week! It’s a great price for what The Plants Project have to offer and I will 100% be using their services again.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at The Plants Project. I wanted a couple of hanging plants for an outdoor alfresco area. I emailed a photo of the area and Emily mocked up a picture to show me what the options would look like. The hanging pots and artificial plants arrived today - they were ready to hang and look even better than I hoped! Thanks!

Josh and the team at The Plants Project are amazing, they really strive to provide outstanding customer service that is friendly, attentive, quick and at a competitive price. We bought two plants initially and shortly after bought 2 more, they arrived within a couple of days and were quick to respond and answer queries before our order was submitted. I ordered 1pm on Tuesday and had a knock on my door at 10am Wednesday morning with my order!! Amazing service. One of the items didn’t suit the area I originally planned to have it in, contacted the team and without hesitation they said it was fine to pop by the warehouse to swap it over for another option. The quality of their products are second to none. Very happy customer!

I would highly recommend the Plants Project, having been in iso for sometime in Melb I wanted to send my team a present, after unsuccessfully attempts with cakes, hampers and gift baskets businesses who would not deliver to a range of suburbs I found the Plant Project. Speedy replies to emails, great suggestion and a delivery to a range of post codes everyone who received their gift was delighted, big thanks and will definitely use again 😀👍
