Superb service from the start with great communication, prompt response and booking system. Elliot was excellent throughout the job, very helpful, polite, punctual and tidy, giving us a clear action plan as to what was required. He even went above and beyond the initial ask by resolving another small issue while he was with us. Then to finish off with a confirmation invoice detailing all work completed. Highly recommend and will be using again when the need arises. Thank you.

As promised, after the previous excellent service I received from Elliot when he fitted a new heated towel rail, I called him in again to fit an updated Insinkerator waste disposal unit.
As per before, he arrived at the allotted time and quickly removed the old unit and installed the new one.
I am so glad I have found an efficient and reliable company that I can depend on. The Plumber is my "go to" company for any plumbing issues I may have.

Really nice guy, informed me of the issue and what was going to be done. Sorted it out in no time at all and now I can sleep easy knowing there won't be water leaking out from under my bath.

Semi-emergency as tap wouldn't shut off so water had to be switched off at the mains. Jack took the call and Elliott carried out the work. Both very polite, not pushy at all, and the work was done as described. No hidden costs, all explained up front. Great service.
