There is an excellent selection of a wide range of flooring products and Moses and is son Hershey took the time to ensure that we made the best choice for our bedroom carpeting and new kitchen floor. Prices were reasonable and installation was professional. I highly recommend this business and its owner.

This is my family's second carpet install with The Rug Store and again, we couldn't be happier. My parents recently had their entire home re-carpeted and we had a large room in our home carpeted over vinyl planks and some vinyl floor repair as well. Hershy is wonderful to work with; friendly, knowledgeable, professional, reliable. The men who did the install were great too, quick and quality work. Everything you want when dealing with a home contractor or vendor. Wouldn't use anyone else for flooring needs.

Our experience at The Rug Store in Monroe was excellent. Hershy took the time to discuss our needs, budget and space, gave us suggestions and samples to take home to help us decide what fit best in our room, came over to measure for our estimate, then stopped by to check up on how installation was going. Installation team was professional and friendly. Everyone was knowledgeable and made sure we were completely satisfied with all the work that was done. We highly recommend them and plan to return for future needs. Nice to see a company that still gives friendly, personal service and makes sure the customer is satisfied.

He listened to her needs, provided guidance and the perfect suggestion for the style and color, provided a quote on the spot and installed the very next day. Pricing was competitive, no hidden or additional charges, most importantly the work looks perfect. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Rug was delivered on time, and area was measured ,and rug with padding laid down perfectly. Moses could not have been more professional and kind. Went there to look at area rugs. Moses was so professional and knowledgeable. He really took his time with us and was able to know what rugs ( design and colors) that would work best for our needs. We purchased two area rugs. Moses was kind enough to deliver them and helped me move furniture roll up the old ones and than layout the new ones and move furniture back. No extra charge. It was getting closer to Thanksgiving and I really wanted the guest room ready for my son, daughter-in-law and baby grandson. I shopped all over
Orange County looking for carpet. I was very frustrated to say the least. Had trouble finding the right carpet. My other concern, especially with the big corporate stores was, that you just don't know who they are sending out to your home to install the carpet. Another thing I came across with them was the people that work in the flooring departments lack knowledge about carpeting. Most of the time there isn't even anyone to help you. The first time I visited The Rug Store, Hershel impressed me with his introduction, knowledge and concern with our deadline. I came back to the store with my husband. He made it so easy. He guided us to pick the perfect carpet. Love the quality, the color and the price. Hershel came to my home to measure the room. It was installed two days before the holiday by two of the most professional, polite, neat and obviously very experienced installers. My experience with The Rug Store is unforgettable, so much so that I was back there again the other day. This time shopping with my daughter. Again, Hershel makes it so easy. She chose a beautiful carpet for her room. This is my one and only store for all my flooring needs. Past, present and future. Trust me, I spent a lot of time shopping for the best. What a terrific place to buy rugs or even flooring, and such nice people who are so willing to help to get you what you want. Moses couldn't have been more helpful in finding me the area rug I'd been looking for - as well as suggesting other ones that might work also. The prices are than reasonable, and the selection is outstanding. If it's out there, Moses and his family will find it for you. Just tell them what you need. I wished for a bigger house so I could buy more rugs! I just love my new rug. Thanks, Stern family, for making my day!

The Rug Store has polite and professional salespeople. They are helpful. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and merchandise is delivered when scheduled. Delivery people were helpful and polite.
