Great facial!! Much more relaxing than I anticipated. Julie is wonderful and offered great suggestions for starting a facial regimen. Love also getting a shoulder and head massage! The bed that you lay on is extremely comfortable and love that there is a heating option! Already booked my next appt!

Julie is absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job on my facial with dermaplane. I felt completely pampered and she even went over my morning/ night skin routine and made suggestions based on my skin type. I will definitely be back!

I LOVE Julie! We moved from Canada to Carmel 6 months ago and I was trying to find someone for my facials and came across her website. I knew I would like her and was glad I was right. She is excellent in her esthetic work and understands what my skin needs. My skin looks so much better than it ever has! She never pushed any products which is so so refreshing but on the contrary I keep talking to her about what is good for my skin and improving my home care routine and have become quite a skinceutical connoisseur! The suite has a great ambience and the whole facial is a wonderful experience. Julie is a very kind person who has helped me more than just with facial! I often joke that she should start her own concierge service. She helped with a lot of local recommendations and helped us adjust to our lives in Carmel just so much easier! Just goes to show how wonderful she is. I am not sure why this review took me these many months to post! I would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a comprehensive care of their face and to get it looking super radiant!.

Excellent service and a very nice soothing atmosphere

Does the fact that I drove 3 hours from Chicago to Carmel, Indiana give you any indication about how much I (and my skin) love The Skin Spot????!!!! Julie is truly a master at what she does. She thoroughly evaluates your skin, and knows exactly what is needed. She also provides a tailored regimen for at home care to keep skin healthy and glowing. She also has curated a peaceful, tranquil and inviting space. I have been trusting the Skin Spot since 2011, and since moving to Chicago in 2021 I have tried some other estheticians only to be disappointed — thus the 3 hour drive. I can’t give Julie enough praise.

Julie is fantastic and has given me the best facials I’ve ever had. I appreciated the neck and shoulder massage she gave me as well. She is very personable and makes the visit feel like you are going to see a dear friend. Seeing her is the highlight of my week and I plan on being a long time customer!
