Hicimos el curso de makgeolli con Omar y nos encantó tanto la parte teórica como la práctica. Además realizamos una cata de varias bebidas en las que nos explicó con todo lujo de detalle las particularidades de cada bebida. Nos llevamos de recuerdo nuestro propio makgeolli para probar en unas semanas cuando termine de fermentar 🫶 ¡Muchas gracias Omar!

Omar was fantastic! He was very easygoing and is a great teacher. Hope to take another class the next time we visit.

It is hard putting into words what a wonderful experience I had in the makgeolli class. Not only was Omar knowledgeable, but also super attentive in teaching us each step of making makgeolli. But after that, he guided us through what all the masters have made. I was not planning on drinking so much in the middle of my vacation, but it was difficult not to when every glass I sampled had a story to it. Never again will I think of makgeolli as the rough product I get from convenience stores. Thank you for the wonderful experience and I hope others get to enjoy it at least half as much as me.

Everything was explained clearly and the presentation was informative so it felt like it was super worth it. Omar was our teacher and we had such a memorable time.

Inji is just Fantastic!!;This experience was AMAZING !!! So instructive but mostly fun way to learn about the culture and Makgeolli making process. Inji made the experience so much fun. Really recommend learning the Makgeolli brewing process and history.

This was an amazing class! Inji is so knowledgeable and kind in all her explanations and hands on learning. Includes many samples but you don't have to drink if you don't want. Such a good experience while you're in Seoul.

What a brilliant way to spend an afternoon in Seoul! We learned so much about the history of different fermented drinks in South Korea, got messy making our own Makeolli and ended with a tasting of flavoured ones and Soju. Thank you for a fun session!

Fabulous three hours hands-on and learning about fermented drinks, plus lots of tasting, which was very interesting. Tutor Omar was excellent.

So fun! We got our hands dirty learning about Korean rice fermentation techniques. There were lots of laughs along with many tastings of different types of fermented beverages. Totally worth the time and money. No regrets!

Really nice people! We appreciated learning all about the history and culture of Korean traditional alcohol. The atmosphere was very casual and welcoming. I highly recommend the “makgeolli making” lesson over the tasting, as you get your hands dirty while learning—the best way of course!
