I've recently switched from ordering things from large online retailers to ordering them from the trainer's loft. I found the prices to be comparable, shipping sometimes is even speedier. I would rather spend a couple extra bucks on shipping and support a small business.

Paid for expedited shipping due to a hoof injury which needed the boot I paid for. Still waiting on it. It's supposed to be delivered in 2 days which took 8 days to get here. That is not expedited delivery. Won't order from them again.

Incredible service and product. I had been searching for a particular textbook for sometime. I found a copy, in great condition and at a great price, at The Trainer's Loft. I live in New Zealand and although shipping was not available to NZ, I contacted the shop and within days my purchase was on its way. The book arrived safe and sound AND sooner than expected. Bought a DP El Campo Shorty on consignment from this shop and was SO pleased with the customer service and fast shipping. The saddle is perfect and exactly what I was looking for, and also in phenomenal condition for being used. The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to my inquiries. They answered all my questions, sent extra pictures and measurements and offered helpful advice. I am thrilled with the quality saddle I received packaged in perfect condition. Ive had the most positive experience with the Trainers Loft with my unusual request, to send a western saddle to Europe. In no time ive had all the details i needed and it was on his way :)

I consigned my over $300 boots there and they sold them for $25. Called and asked what the issue was and they were able to help me with another check for $55 and then proceeded to tell me they were supposed to sell for $250. Would have liked to receive a check for the original price they were supposed to sell at.

I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave a bad review after we did our best to resolve your issue. You had told us to sell the boots for $100. They were mistakenly listed for $25, and we paid you the difference between what they sold for and what we should have listed them for.

This place is so accommodating! I live 3 hours away and a product was out of stock in our area and they had it, even for a much cheaper price! The best part was we couldn’t get there to pick up the product until after store hours and they entrusted us, who they never met, with a secure locked location to be able to get the product after they closed! Amazing customer service! Highly recommend this store! Thank you Trainers Loft!
