I came into The Wrench with absolutely no brakes due to excessive rust underneath my Chevy Tahoe. All lines needed to be replaced, but I could not afford the original quote. John work with me on the price and got the job done. The staff was determined to give me a quality product and stayed till the job was done. They went over and beyond expectations thank you John God bless you and your staff!

Richard said he was going to fix my car. It worked a week then stopped. Now he says it’s a bad part. I paid him $250 and he refuses to fix it. Keeps putting me off. Now he doesn’t work there anymore. Go figure. SMH.

Brought my car in to get check engine light fixed. Car sat at the shop for an almost a week with no progress or leads on how to fix the problem. Week and couple days later. JOHN( OWNER WHO PRETENDS AS IF WANTS TO HELP BUT ACTUALLY JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY) told me it would take about $1,400 to fix my car. I pay the $1400 right. WHEN I PICK UP MY CAR THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS GONE BUT NOW MY CAR IS RUNNING WORSE THAN WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN. USED GORILLA GLUE TO TEMPORARILY FIX MY HOSE. LEFT MY HOSE LOOSE ON INTAKE PIPE. LEFT OIL TO LEAK FROM VALVE COVERS.USED SEALENT ON GASKET THAT SHOULDN'T BEEN THERE. I INFROM THE PIECE OF 5HIT JOHN OF MY CAR NOT RUNNING GOOD AND IS WORSE THAN BEFORE. HE TELLS ME “ Ok. But there were numerous hoses that were fragile and not available. Shop manager thinks that a hose cracked after test drive as it test drive well. THEN HE TELLS ME TO BRING IT BACK ANd will resolve issue no cost. When he’s just going to run you circles and waste your time and money. WORST SHOP AROUND. DO NOT TRUST. - ALSO LEFT GORILLA GLUE PACKAGE TRASH IN MY FRONT FENDER. Suit yourself however. “ quote on quote. BASICALLY IF U WANT YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED DO NOT!!! Bring it here.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Would NEVER return here. They are money hungry, greedy old men. They do not give updates before doing things, and a (admintingly slightly complicated) headlight bulb replacement should NEVER cost me $325! Left me in the dark for over 2 hours and when I told them they were wrong, the old guy got upset with me for it. Don't waste your money or your time here. Never, ever again.

I read some past reviews that didn’t speak so highly of the wrench, but let me tell you what the new guy Damian I dealt with today was a absolute pleasure, great attitude, very easy to work with, did every single thing he said he would in the time he said he would. My car is running flawlessly! Thank you so much Damian and team! Listen here guys if you need something done you gotta check out Damian at the wrench. This was my first time and I’ll always go back now. Not sure about the past but he’s new there and so are the techs and they did perfectly for me.

Took my car here took them a bit to fix it when I came to pick it up half of my personal stuff was gone and when I texted the owner he said he isn’t reliable cause I’ve should’ve picked it up sooner it’s funny cause I’m a HS student and a worker at the same time I do not have a lot of time and they ripped me off 2,200 for control arms,ball joints, cross member.

Always professional, always worked with me. As much as I love working on my own car, life will be life. So when I’m limited on time I turn to The Wrench. Never had any issues. I always come to them when I need any help and I always recommend them when I’m asked about good shops that can be reliable.

They were prompt to diagnose as well as fix. Hourly won't ever need a mechanic again. But if I do, I'll be bringing it here.

Finished job on time with no issues.

These guys are awesome! While driving my transmission started acting up. I looked all around and every place I called eithet gave me the run around saying that the filter would have to be ordered or that they couldn't change the fluid or they were closed. These guys not only were open but said it was an easy fix and they had everything in stock as it was a common filter. They even understood I was with family and was nice enough to give me a ride to drop off and pick up the car so that I could attend to the medical appt my kid had. Since then I have not had any issues with my transmission. I highly recommend this place!!

As a young person who doesn't have a ton of money or time to spend on car service, I have had a great experience at Wrench! My car broke down one morning on the way to work and they got me in right away and even gave me a ride to work while they fixed my car up. The maintenance light turned on shortly after this visit and once again they are helping me out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

His business is a good business he a good guy he works with you his prices are reasonable and good he has good customer service

I was recently in a very stressful situation that could have really run foul. But the Wrench, Ltd. was accommodating and I believe honest in not trying to take a price gouge for his own interest.

Always taken care of. As a contractor my truck is everything, John always works with my schedule.
