We love attending our private sessions with Holly at Posture. She incorporates breathwork, the practice itself and patience into each session. She is fun and the music is an excellent background motivation too.
The studio itself is perfectly sized to create an inner work atmosphere and all the staff are kind, friendly and welcoming.
Highly recommend you give it a go and look at their offering on the website 💫

This is hands down the best reformer Pilates studio in Dubai. The instructors are so incredible, all the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall aesthetic is peaceful and calming. I genuinely look forward to coming every week. I moved from London 7 months ago and am so grateful to the girls at Posture (especially Rita, Simone and Nicole) for making me stronger and calmer after my first baby! I’ve trained in Pilates, yoga and ballet for several years and all of the instructors incorporate these disciplines in a challenging and thoughtful way. A focus on breath work, core strength, and a deeper mind/body connection is the through line for all the classes. The classes are also small, so it always feels like a personal training session as the instructors are so attentive and supportive. Thank you so much, team Posture!

I have been training with Posture for two years now. The instructors are all very experienced and supportive. Equipments and studio are always clean, well maintained. Courses start on time, and is very easy to book on the app. The studio is small, so it feels like a semi-private session : you train with familiar people and get a lot of attention during the class. I simply love it!!!!

I was really excited for my Pilates class until I met the coach RITA, she was so unprofessional and her attitude was not acceptable. It looked like she was forced to give a session and it was so hard to have a good time.

Variety of classes, tried the reformer tempo class and it was fast dynamic challenging and fun.

After few years trying pilates I felt In love with reformer Flow signature of this studio. Teachers are very good, dedicated and helping you to acheave your goals. Front receptionist support clients with excellent service. The studio is beautiful and the vibe is 100. Incredible job!

I’ve been going to Posture on the Palm for a couple of years now.
The team and instructors are lovely. Classes are small so for first timers it’s not intimidating.
There are a range of instructors and class timings so you have plenty choice.
What sets Posture aside from other studios, is the fact it feels more like a community / family than just a Pilates studio. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly - even the guests who join the classes.
Looking forward to the new Posture Downtown opening! 🫶🏽

I discover Posture last summer and I have never left the studio since then! Instructors and receptionists are amazing, professionals and always smiling. The energy in the studio is positive and it is always a pleasure to attend one of the incredible classes!
