I've had four windows and my front door replaced by Three Counties over the past two years, and have been extremely happy with the service received, and quality of installation. Fast responses to queries, professional, courteous and tidy tradesman, and excellent final product. Highly recommend.

The entire team at Three Counties have been absolutely fantastic. Francis who provided us with a quote, gave us a fair price and did not pressure us which we found to be a unique experience compared to the other quotes we got from competitors. Kate and Steph have been readily available throughout to answer countless questions and work around our unique circumstances. The installers were friendly, professional, super quick, and did a great job installing our bay window and side window. They were punctual and hardworking throughout the day. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire team at Three Counties and just want to say thank you so much 🙏!!

Really happy with my new front door. The communication was excellent and I was kept up to date with everything and all of my questions were answered quickly. Installation was booked in quickly and the fitter was friendly and professional. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience, shockingly bad workmanship and worst customer service. Misleading customers with promises of guarantees that don’t hold up when customer tries to claim.

Our warranty terms are clearly detailed in our terms and conditions. While we strive to provide the best service and workmanship, we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. For further resolution, we recommend reaching out to the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) with your complaint. We will fully cooperate with any remedial action they determine we are liable for under our contractual obligations.

Ordered a replacement back door in composite. We went to Three Counties showroom to see the various options available and placed an order. The price was competitive and the whole process was fast and easy. There were regular helpful updates from Kate in the office. The surveyor who came to measure up was pleasant and made useful suggestions. It was then a short wait for the door to be manufactured, and Cameron came to fit the door. We were so very impressed by his great attention to detail and care in fitting this high quality door. Highly recommend Three Counties Ltd and will definitely use again.

Excellent! Our old Victorian sash windows were beautiful but incredibly draughty and getting beyond maintenance. We are obliged to keep the exterior of our property as 'in keeping' with the original as possible and the double glazed Masterframe heritage sash windows that Three Counties recommended look great, complete with curved window tops and lambs-tongue detailing. They work smoothly. The difference in heat retention and noise reduction was was immediately obvious. Three Counties were helpful, nice to deal with and excellent value compared to certain big-name companies who quoted for the job. The installation was trouble-free and the team did everything to minimise mess. Highly recommended.

They give good honest advice with no hard sell, and we were kept informed and updated throughout the whole process. I can't thank the whole team at three counties enough,especially the fitters Ron and Liam who did a fantastic job and were very tidy and polite. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for new windows and doors to give them a try.
