Very poor and inconsistent service. Every single week I am messaging about getting delivered to few diapers. We send back 100 and get deliver 80 or 90 if we are lucky. Additionally they are not picking up on the scheduled days causing us to use disposables to make up for the wrong delivered amounts and late pickups. It is stressful worrying about running out of diapers. The service is fairly responsive but even though they reply they still get it wrong every week. The diapers they use are nice, that's the only upside. Overall for the price this is not worth it at all. For the price of 1-2 months you can buy a complete set of your own diapers and not deal with an amateur vendor.

I So Love this company. They are truly amazing and a blessing to me and my Babies . The prices are great the diapers are amazing my children LOVE them . 100% cotton can not beat that. They are now doing compostables which is amazing!!!

I was so happy when I got the call from Eric letting me know that he had purchased Tidee Didee and asking if I wanted to resume service. He has always been responsive to my questions or concerns. Our diaper journey has recently ended for our son, but if we have another child I will definitely sign up for service again.

I wanted my experience with Tidy Diaper Co to be a convenience but am sorry to say that it led to many inconveniences for a new mom who is already very busy.
With my first pregnancy, I used Tidee Didee and they were amazing but have since closed. I used Tidy Diaper Co this time and found that I was continually responsible for following up with the company to get information or confirmations for anything.
Upon setting up the account, it was days before I received a confirmation that I would be receiving service from them. I had to call to ensure that my account submission was received on their end. They will only allow an account setup thru PayPal. When this service was gifted to me, I was never even asked where the diapers should be delieverd to. They simply went with the information on the PayPal account without verifying my delivery address, not considering that I wasn't paying for my own service.
After setting up my account and getting a confirmation email days later, I was never given a delivery or pick up date. We had soiled diapers for 2 weeks before they were picked up, even though I called AGAIN to notify them that I had no idea when they were going to be picked up or when a new round would be delivered to me; a failure of communication on Tidy Diapers part which they admitted to and asked me to simply hold them for the following weeks pick up.
I was told that after a month of usage, if I continued service, they would follow up with me for usage. I have a very small space and was having trouble storing 70 liners a week. As a result, I put many unused liners in the bag to be picked up each week to make room for the new batch. My baby was not in need of 70 liners per week. Eric told me that my usage looked like 70 per week so no follow up was needed.
Because I've used a similar service, I knew that the soiled diapers go into the blue bags that they provide and are to be left outside for pick up. However, none of this information was provided to me. Nor my account number, what oils are acceptable to use with the liners, etc. Very little information provided.
My last delivery was supposed to be last week but I never received any type of confirmation or notice. I suppose I was also responsible for counting the weeks of service. I called to confirm the final delivery date and was told by a man that he "was out of the office bit would confirm and get back to me". I received no such follow up and had to email in order to get a response.
When, due to excess, I ended up with a full unopened bag of liners, I asked to either not be charged or for an additional pick so that I could use them if I paid for them. I was told no and emailed in response that I was dissatisfied with the customer service after so many issues and I was not offered any sort of solution for the excess liners even though no one called me to confirm my usage. The response from Eric, was to leave a snide voicemail to me which expresses that it was my choice not to use them. I will happily pay for the excess even though I was unable to use them but after the many issue I encountered with their customer service, I cannot recommend them.

Please understand, our intentions, are to answer emails, in the order they are received, as quickly as possible, as the day-to-day permits. When you and our customer rep spoke, you indicated that you wanted the delivery, for 6/3, no communication, from you, that you had extra inventory. We definitely care about our customers' needs and are willing to work with them who struggle to make their payments.

Love that it is a Veteran owned, got to meet and know a little bit of the owner of the Company which his name was Eric. Really nice guy and sounded really professional and passionate about his company, also glad that he is local and travels to other locations.

Tidy Diaper has excellent customer service. I have called a handful of times with questions and they have always been prompt and knowledgeable. They are friendly enough that I am excited to review them!
The diaper exchange (dirty>new) is easy and makes cloth diapering simple as can be. I actually find it easier than disposables. The new diapers are always extremely clean and I donât have to do anything.
This was gifted to me for four months and I intend to come to us this service as long as we are diapering.

Love the diaper service provided by Tidy Diaper Co! The prefold cloth diapers are impeccably clean (I even use them as burp cloths sometimes). The dirty pick up/clean drop off is super reliable, and itâs really easy to communicate to update size, change in number of diapers per week, and get your questions answered. I didnât know how I would like cloth before starting, but I really like that itâs easier to wipe bums since the cloth is absorbent without drying out the poop too much. I love being able to choose a greener diaper option without being overwhelmed by laundry at an extremely reasonable price!

All other diaper services in the area focus on compostable diapers only, which are more expensive and unfortunately only partially compostable. If youâre going with cloth diapering, youâll want the cloth prefolds that Tidy Diaper Co provides each week, diaper covers you use several times before machine washing, and some Snappi diaper fasteners.

Love, love, love this company!
Iâve talked to the owner several times over the phone and e-mail and he is great - really nice and always so helpful. I donât know why anyone would use disposables when thereâs a service that literally picks up your dirty diapers and drops off clean ones. I absolutely love this company!

Incredible customer service! Eric the owner was communicative and even came to my house to give me a tour of all the products and answer all my questions. As a first time parent, this was so helpful. The liners were always clean and the pick-up was easy and convenient. I love that this business exists in the area to give families a sustainable option!

Our baby is finally here and im glad to have pre paid and pre planned this service. I am sooo grateful especially on those 3am diaper changes when all i have to do is grab another cloth diaper i do not need to hope is still there. keep up the good work!!
