David at TilbyTech did a fantastic job of repairing my sons Nintendo Switch. He fixed the USB interface on the mainboard and ran diagnostics off all of the processor components before returning it.
He demonstrated how thorough he really is by analysing my description of the issue thus suggesting the more detailed diagnostics rather than just fixing the clearly damaged item. In addition, communications were tiptop throughout the transaction. Thanks again David.

Not only did David fix our ps5 once .. it broke again, but this gentleman went out of his way to help us contact PlayStation directly as we wasn’t getting anywhere, he managed to get through to them and sent it off to get fixed or a replacement.
They sent a ps5 back to David and not only did he keep hold of it for us he then set it up for us and downloaded the games we asked for.
He is very patient, very honest and understanding.
I would highly recommend David and will continue to use him if anything goes wrong on any of our consoles again.

David is brilliant, he took my controller and fixed all the stick drift and replaced my analogs with Hall effect sticks which a fantastic. Very good at communicating and getting the job done without hassle.

I needed my PS5 HDMI port replacing and inside was very dusty, David done a fantastic job and very fast aswell, also updated all my games for me as I hadn't been able to play it for over a month.. very fast and great price he goes out his was to ensure he helps the customer as much as possible I highly recommend david for anything 👍

Fast, quick, and simple. Dropped my 3DS in on Monday 25th of March with an R button that didn't work properly. After a clean didn't solve it, he quickly informed me that it needed to be replaced and had been ordered. Come Saturday 30th, he had it ready to collect. Overall a great choice for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back for more repairs later on!

Amazing service dropped my xbox one s of to him on Friday 10th March and I was able to go a test it and picked it up the next evening on pick up David told me that the fix he did might not solve the issue and if it broke again then he would take another look at it this was the case david relooked at the my xbox free of charge and fixed the issue at the same time. Highly recommended

I hadn't been able to use my laptop for almost 10 years as it just wouldn't work and thought it would never work again. Spoke to David who is the owner of TilbyTechFix and he convinced me to let him have a look. The very next day he called me to say that it was ready for collection!
I was amazed, considering I couldn't remember any passwords to even log on, not only had he fixed it but was also able to save photos I had on there going back to 2008, precious photos of lost and loved ones. I cannot praise David more and will be forever grateful.
I would and will happily recommend TilbyTechFix!!!
He's also an exceptionally lovely guy and what he doesn't know about tech isn't worth knowing, excellent prices too 👍👍👍
