I use them to supply 99% of my Deck building materials and have had a great experience with them to date. They are very knowledgable on the products they carry and are informative on application of everything in their product lines when I need assistance, not to mention I have shopped around through the years and pricing can not be beat. I would recommend them to anybody building a deck rather it be a private party or contractor.

Good afternoon Hootan, I own Timbers and I'm aware of this issue. In my opinion, everything was communicated to you regarding arrival times and potential delays with non-stock orders when you made your purchase. For some reason, since the order was placed , what seemed to be acceptable to you you initially is no longer acceptable . So be it, we have cancelled your order and refunded your money. Best of luck as you pursue new supply opportunities.
