This place is awesome. We ordered samples and they came pretty fast. The day after we got them Karly called and asked if we received them and what we thought. Honestly we hadn't made up our minds on which company to go with, but since Karly called we decided to go with them. She was so nice and we ordered the one we wanted . It actually came pretty fast and was packaged well. Looked just like the pictures. We got pattern 11 and filler #2. We really appreciate the great customer service we got and will definitely buy from them again. We highly recommend them.

Recently, I upgraded the backsplash in my kitchen. My sister had used tin ceiling USA and her kitchen looked beautiful so I decided to give it a try as well. I found the perfect pattern to match my cupboards. David contacted me to set up my appointment, and the project was completed quickly, professionally, And beautifully done. Tin Ceiling USA, a wonderful Sarasota company at 4700 Middle Avenue, replaced the UGLY faux brick kitchen backsplash I've hated from Day One with cool custom-colored tin ceiling tiles. The vintage-looking tin ceiling tiles are much more in keeping with our 1929 house! I highly recommend Virgil West and his crew from Tin Ceiling USA where we ordered the tiles that they installed.

I installed with the help of 2 other inexperienced Helpers. It took awhile to get out groove on. We used a nail gun. Project went faster this way instead of individual nails with a hammer. One Just needs to be patient when placement and nailing. The tiles are very affordable and add such beauty to any room. I am so happy with this product and the staff of TIN CEILING USA. They take the time to answer any questions I had. They too take the time to follow up weeks later to see how my project turned out. Sooo please with this company and product. I did a make over in my kitchen and decided to use Tin Ceiling Tiles for the backsplash. After looking online I found this company, and thanks God I did. From my first call, I felt VIP treatment, I was able to talk to the owner directly, he answer all my queations and provide great advise and direction. The result couldn’t be better. My kitcheb looks AMAZING, I am gettin so many compliments is not even funny. Thank you guys for taking so much pride in your work.

I am really sorry you feel this way, considering we went out of our way to please you and try to exceed your expectations. It is very unfortunate your wife didn’t like the color that you chose and approved. As you know, even after you expressed your wife did not like the color, we painted additional panels for you at no cost, to make sure you were able to present to her the color she likes. Unfortunately, we can replace the panels for free, especially when the client has approved the color in person as you did. We went ahead and deviated from our returns policy and issue a FULL refund immediately after you requested your money back. I know you were expecting for the order to be fully replaced at no cost, but you asked for your money to be refunded which we did. Again, we truly believe as a company we went above and beyond to please you and are very sorry we couldn’t make it work.

Then when we saw the product it was better than I had hopped for. The install was great, the panels we straight and true and all identical in appearance and finish. I am actually looking for another area in my home to install it. I added this to the Ceiling in my new outdoor kitchen in SWFL. See photos
