Cullen cane out to give a 2nd opinion after another company originally quoted some a full furnace replacement. He was extremely professional & explained all the options in a way that was easy to understand including the costs & timeline. He saved us a bunch of money by being honest about our real needs instead of just trying to sell us something. Highly recommended.

I have used Cullen for my own HVAC needs for years. My dad’s furnace went out, and he had a “membership” with another local company. So, I called them first, only to be told it would be a few days to get the part from their preferred supplier in Indy. We couldn’t let my dad go without heat any longer and called Cullen. Within an hour he had a tech there and the part picked up from a local supplier and the furnace is back up and running again. They even had heaters available for us to use in case they couldn’t get the part. Luckily it didn’t come to that, but how awesome knowing they’ll do anything to keep their customers warm! Titan is the only company we will ever use and refer people to. And that so called ridiculous “membership”.. had zero benefits to us and came with a much higher cost for parts and labor.

needed my furnace situation cleaned up in my basement for a remodel. Cullen from Titan came out and gave a fair estimate and made some great suggestions. His crew did a bang up job, made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. They were on time everyday and respectful of my house, even dealt with my crazy dog 🐕. I am super happy with the new placement of the furnace and all the new duct work they put in and tucked away. It's better then it was before and meets my needs and expectations, clean finished product. Thanks Titan

We are covered under Titan's annual maintenance program. Dan and Chad came out for our Fall Maintenance. They did a thorough inspection and service on each of our two Furnaces. They use up-to-date mini-cameras and diagnostic equipment to insure our furnaces are working properly. I told Dan that he is like our family doctor for HVAC systems! Thanks, Titan!

Arrived on time for annual inspection and very professional.

Good price and great service. Showed me what they were doing. Best of all they Showed up right on time.too many contractors give 4-6 hour window. Titan said a time and that is when they arrived.
