I will not recommend this company, i have a similar problem, every thing the sales person told me to close my deal was a lie, it true i save a very little on my power bill no where near the amount described in the sales pitch, have not been able to contact the company who installed and never came back to patch the hole in my wall at the meter box! And to top it all with out my knowledge they added a cosigner to my loan after 4 attempts and 4 denials, someone I have never heard of, I am assuming my credit score wasn’t acceptable, so they found or made up some one to be a cosigner on my loan with access to my property!! So if I were any of you out there reading this, check ur loan no paperwork but with whoever financed your loan!!

Had to contact Evolve Solar Operations FL to resolve my solar problems because Titan Solar they closed down.

Terrible service, consistent inverter down and power transmission issues . The company has terrible client service, they do not monitor their equipment and do not respond to service calls either.

Thanks to Alex Villa and the team of amazing installers Janiel Montanez, Jose Herrero , Joseph Caballero, Alejandro Roman , Felix Class for installing our panels today and making the process super easy from start to finish. Can’t wait to start pulling in the power from the panels.

Worst customer service ever, for a super expensive system, you WILL be left in limbo everytime theres a problem, this thing is a scam be carefull and find a more reliable company, AT VARIOUS POINT of the panels life they are going to fail and you going to be stuck with the panels payment and the 300+ electric bill that comes now for a long time .

Those who came to my house and did the installation, Orlando Team 6, are a wonderful group of workers and they work very efficiently and well!

I had a great experience with Orlando 6! They were very polite, respectful and did great work. Highly recommend!!

Our solar system has been in less than 3 months. We called for service with no results. We finally emailed and an appointment was set two weeks later. The day is finally here and the technician is a no show. I fear we will have to pay and electric bill and solar bill. Next call BBB. Update: I am still battling to get my solar in works order. There have been 3 or 4 tech visits and daily contacts. Whatever lies the tell in the review response and to the BBB complaints are temp fixes that did not work. My husband has to restart the system at least twice a day at this point. These people don't care and at the very least, incompetent. Today, I will reopen BBB complaint, contact Attorney General, and try to get a news reporter involved.

These panels were installed July 29, 2022. It’s now 2024 and they’ve NEVER WORKED. THE CONTRACT was not adhered to by any stretch of the imagination. The technicians have committed code violations, and struggle to get ‘walked through instructions’ by phone and are obviously not trained. I receive little to no response from the calls I’ve made (ad nauseam) and worse, leaks under where panels are. The leaks go into a large attic, then to the room below. The house, built in 1919, has an ornamental tin ceiling. Water corrodes tin fast! I had a roofer look at it and he said it looks like they didn’t caulk where the screws are. 🤔. The room had to be repainted and tin ceiling panels replaced.
