If you are looking really professional training and coaching, Become Coaching is the place to go. My needs were taken care of and I felt that I was important for them. I do not have enough words to praise this company. If you want to learn new skills, you defenetly learn here and you are able to grow and be surrounded by supportive and encouraging people.

I recently completed the Level 1 ICF-accredited Diploma in Integrative Coaching at Become Coaching and Training, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joseph has created a truly supportive and enriching learning environment. All the trainers are experienced coaches themselves, which adds immense value to the training. Their practical insights and personal coaching stories really bring the concepts to life. The course was comprehensive and well-structured, providing me with the tools and confidence I needed to start my coaching journey. I highly recommend Become Coaching and Training to anyone looking to pursue a career in coaching!

I would highly recommend Become Coaching & Training. The Live Classes are engaging and feel a very safe space to ask questions and learn, the organisation of the course is incredible and the Learning portal I found faultless - everything all in one place, so easy to use and never a glitch. So many opportunities to practice, and practice in a safe space. Above all else though the support of the Coaches has been incredible. Nothing is too much and no question is a silly question. Joseph and his team have shared their own experiences - which really helped me, and facilitated an environment rich in self learning and development. I am thankful to have found them!

Become offer a range of coaching training offers and I completed the Level 1 Diploma in Spring and Summer 2024. Really pleased with their course and in particular the detailed level of feedback they provided on all my coaching training practice. I would recommend Become Coaching & Training to anyone who'd like to obtain an ICF accredited coaching diploma, or simple train to become a coach or develop coaching skills. The program is clearly structured, the mentors & coaches are truly professional and at the same time they maintain a very human, familiar, agreeable, friendly approach. The course is organized and they guide you through the whole process. You never feel alone and they are very reactive by email, whenever you have questions or need guidance. I followed everything online as I am based in Belgium, and I was afraid it might lack interaction or feel to distant, but not at all. There is a lot of interaction and room to practice and you build up powerful relationships with fellow students (if you wish to). On top of everything; Joseph is just a wonderful person, coach and human being, and I have the wonderful opportunity to have him now as a supervisor. I have no doubt he will help me - and you - to become a better coach! To conclude; I would do it again and I am contemplating to follow the level 2 diploma with them as well.

Just passed my level 1 performance evaluation with Become coaching and training. Joseph was wonderfully supportive and helpful, taking the time to clearly talk through the ACC application process and giving me realistic timescales for the evaluation process. Really enjoyed this. I’m new to coaching so Coaching in Action gave me opportunities to see how coaching is done and practice on other students in a safe environment. It was great to be able to discuss some of the techniques used in more depth. Definitely a a very worthwhile experience and I will certainly will be using Become when I’m ready to embark on a coaching diploma due to the high quality of accredited trainers used.

Become is a brilliant organisation with a wonderful community of alumni, trainees and trainers. It is a pleasure to be involved with the company, and working with some of the trainees in delivering training and mentoring. Although I do deliver some training for Become, I have experienced first had the amazing training programms, being alumni to the Advanced Diploma course. Prior to being an Associate for Become, I also recommended it to a few friends who thoroughly enjoyed their training. Joseph and I have known each other for a few years now. We have worked together in L&D supporting the delivering of a number of CIPD and leadership programmes. I thoroughly enjoyed studying for my 1 Level ICF diploma with Joseph and his team of skilled coaches at Become. I looked at a wide range of places to do my ICF training and I chose Become because it was led by Joseph, a friendly and experienced coach and knowledgeable trainer. The classes were interactive and engaging (and not too big). The group mentoring sessions were practical and incredibly useful for new coaches establishing themselves in a busy market. A well organised, professional company with genuine people who were warm, friendly and very professional. I have learnt so much both about myself and the coaching process which has been truly life changing. Signing up for the level 1 diploma with Become was the best decision I have ever made.

Really amazing coaching course with fantastic facilitators. I loved how interactive and engaging each session was with plenty of coaching practice. Though this was scary at first, the team created a very safe space to allow for practice and growth.

During the Covid pandemic I was let go. During this time I gravitated to assisting others who were in the same boat. This made me think about possibility of doing coaching. I didn't know of any coaches personally so I researched about where to train and study. There are many formal options out there for learning to be a coach and they are varied. I decided on Become Coaching, who are accredited by the ICF, which is critical. I now have my Diploma and can speak to my experience with their program. In sum: Fantastic. I can mention many reasons why but I'll list what I consider most critical: - It's the real thing: Learning about coaching through empathy, with the intent of helping others. I mention this because I came across many places that seemed to pitch coaching primarily as a lucrative business and career, to the detriment of the calling itself. - The quality of the teachers and the structure of the sessions and content is superb. - The access to the teachers and the support they offered throughout the lessons and training was generous and, importantly, to the point and useful . I will be continuing with them for advanced studies and will tap them for mentoring as well.

If you're looking to extend your coach certifications, I highly recommend Become. The sessions are in depth, interesting and relatable. The tutors are knowledgable and engaging, and they provide an open space in which to learn and share with your peers in a very safe and exploratory way.
